We have recently moved to fort Stewart and discovered a pizza place near our laundromat! We have carried out and had delivered. Carry out was cooked perfectly and ready in a timely manner. We ordered the cheesy bread and meaty specialty pizza, delish! The staff was wonderful to me but seemed irritated with each other. Delivery was awesome, phone order taker was pleasant and the pizza was ready an delivered in less than half an hour. We got pepperoni magnifico, It was a little soggy underneath but otherwise delish! Next time I will ask that it be a tad bit overcooked. The driver was also very pleasant. Will definitely call them again for my next pizza craving!! read more

Absolute garbage! Ordered through their App at 7:55 pm and said it would be delivered at 8:55 pm which I was ok with. At 9:00 pm I called because the App was now showing that it wouldnt be delivered until 9:55 and that the order wasn't even prepared yet. I talked to the "shift manager" Aaron who didnt even care that I was the customer and that they were providing false advertisements by letting people know the deliver time was 2 hours not 1. He then let me know that the 40 dollars that I paid for the food wouldnt be refunded to me for 3-4 days. Like ok just take my money and hold on to it for 3-4 days for you're companys failure to provide the correct delivery time. At no time did Aarom try to fix the solution nor provide any reimbursement for me to keep my order. He then let me know that I can go ahead and let the Owner know that because some other company had a fire yesterday, they are too busy for me to stay a customer. Whoever is running this company needs to let "Deidra" the aka general manager know that her shift managers are not doing what a manager should be doing. If you want to keep customers coming back to your business get rid of Aaron! To whoever Owns this store here in Hinesville, yall need to open your eyes and see that the people you have managing your company are losing business for your best interest! Never again will I purchase anything from Marco's Pizza! read more

Marco's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Hinesville, Georgia

Family and I were extremely excited to see a Marcos when we moved here. However, I'm not sure it is a good thing. We have ordered from there 4 times and only once did we have a good experience. 1st time wasn't a problem. 2nd time, our drinks were forgotten. It happens, not a big deal, we got the drinks eventually. 3rd time, order was to be delivered in 40 min. Got it over an hour and a half later. Could be a lack of delivery drivers and I live on base, so meh... I wish they would've called and said it'll be late or something. This last time, they just straight up didn't cut the pizza. Cutting it myself isn't a problem, my concerns are how well this place is ran. I feel that because the town is so small and choices are few for decent pizza, they don't care as much. The pizza is still delicious, at least. Even when I called about these things, they never once said anything about reimbursement, not that I was looking for that. I'll probably order from here again because it is delicious pizza, but I'm not sure about this place. read more

Marco's Pizza - Custom pizza with old fashion pepperoni, banana peppers, olives, mushrooms & garlic sauce crust - Pizza Near Me - Hinesville, Georgia

I placed an order for a medium pizza. I got charged for a large and i got a large. The 30 percent was not applied to my order, because their lousy app wouldn't allow me to place an order. I called and they said could apply to 30 % over the phone. No they didn't and couldn't refund my money to my credit card. In stead gave a 5 dollar credit, but still no discount. Stay away from the clown show. I will just pizza from home going forward read more

The food was good I ate the chicken wings and pizza. The service was excellent the third party delivery driver never came and it was over a hour they made me fresh food and gave me a refund. read more

This location has no sense of urgency and horrible customer service. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and we were declined a refund by the manager. read more

This is how my pizza showed up at 2120 28FEB21. I called the store and told them how bad my pizza looked the female manger did offer to send another one but I no longer trust them at night anymore . We order pizzas during the day time with no issues. They did give me a credit but I will never use it. All these pizza establishments around here and they want to act unprofessional. They need to understand we have options around here this is a quick way to loose customers especially on post since they just opened another pizza shop on the installation. read more

Marco's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Hinesville, Georgia

This place just doesn't believe in gloves I guess. Not one single person in that kitchen had them on. Not even the two dudes making pizzas. The lady with the long black hair who was getting pizzas out the oven felt it important to flip her hair over the food more than once and then touch it with her bare hands that she was boxing the food with. Then there was ring pop bob ( no clue if that's his name) who was in the kitchen sucking on a ring pop... y'all, you can't make this stuff up. He too didn't have gloves, but I guess it's hard to suck on ring pops with them? I was told twice my food wasn't ready. I finally told them the app said it was just to be told she didn't see an order with my name. I assured her the name I gave is my only name. She said it wasn't ready, as I walk away she magically found it. The ticket said it was sitting there 8 minutes. First time and will def be the last. The food itself wasn't any thing special either. And to top it off they forgot my drink read more

Very good customer service better than the time before i came a couple months ago , same amazing tasteful food! Will be coming back more.

They should predict your delivery time on the app if they can't predict the actual time of delivery. First delivery time said 6:18 pm and then after refreshing the app it said delivery time 6:42 order was placed at 5:36. Don't do delivery with this company. If they don't have enough drivers they need to post it and say only carry out is available. read more

Pizza was very good, but the customer service was TERRIBLE. It was the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Terrible first impression trying that restaurant and I most definitely will not be returning . I filled out a survey, because our experience was so bad and requested to be contacted by a manager and never received an email or phone call. read more

So we ordered a pizza on the 22nd and it fell on a Monday....the pizza would of been fine and there been morning toppings than crust. There was at least 5 inches of crust.....sigh....but they did give a military discount...now we come in on a Thursday and the same with the pizza and no military discount.....was told they only give discounts on Tuesdays....who are you kidding?? Do you think military people get to pick the day if the week they want to be a soldier... Hinesville is a complete joke and Marco's pizza here has ruined Marco's Pizza else where....ripping people off by being stingy with your topping....no wonder you guys have been empty Everytime we drive by....get it together people.....the military is probably more than 50% of your business... smh Also trying to get someone to explain to me how tonight's pizza was almost 6 dollars more and full of hair is beyond me...never again! I should of known better to not say something until we got our pizza in hand....would love for someone to call me about this visit read more

Marco's Pizza - Joke, they only give discounts on Tuesdays....please take the sign down, spare us the front - Pizza Near Me - Hinesville, Georgia

Pizza was really good for Hinesville. Customer service was exceptional, my delivery person forgot my drink and I assumed she was going to leave and not come back...any person would. But she went to get one for me and brought it back to me. Definitely ordering here from now on. read more

Poor, poor, poor customer service. I can say this after several attempts of ordering from this location. I am a consistent customer, I love Marcos Pizza. I ordered, called back to check on my delivery after an hour- they told me it was in route--never got my order. Called back the next day to bring it to the managers attention- she nonchalantly dismisses it as a tech mistake but didn't bother to offer any incentives. Now I know where to take my business...else where! read more

Have eaten here twice, both times getting the Chicken Fresco specialty pizza, thin crust. Fantastic! Their cheesesticks are AMAZING as well! I am usually not a big fan of cheesesticks...too much bread and not enough cheese. And I LOVED these...almost better than the pizza! My mouth is watering just thinking about them. I want to try a different pizza from there, but I am such a fan of the chicken fresco, I don't know if I'm going to be able to! So, if you're on post near the commissary, stop by there. Plenty of indoor seating, plus a little living room type set up with sofa's and chairs, with ottomans and a flat screen TV. When you're finished eating, you can walk over to the furniture store and look around :) FYI- They DO accept Military Star Cards. read more

They accept restaurant.com certificates! The pizza was fantastic when I placed and picked up my order at their location, but was almost inedible the second time around when ordered for delivery. read more

The place is a joke they don't wear mask to cook nor do cold serve. I saw front cashiers wear mask but back no! They gave me a family salad that didn't have all the items but more lettuce. He didn't have a mask nor gloves. I am an RN. I just threw it in trash. There's 17 deaths here and a thousand infected. Before they used gloves but not now. Tell me. NEVER will go back. read more

Went to order a pie on 07/15/2023 @2105hrs, No phone orders were allowed, drove to the Hinesville location to place a walk in order because my family requested pizza for dinner. waited at the window for a few minutes and honked the horn but employees were in the back of the kitchen ignoring the window. One person was on his phone learning back on some buckets not reacting to anything around him at all. Walked in and asked to speak to a manager and was answered with the employee telling me "why, what do you want?" I asked to speak with the manager because of how the employees are ignoring the customer window, employees had the kitchen a mess with food product and kitchen supplies scattered around, two more employees were seen in the back walking around with phones in hand no focused-on work. Finally, a woman came to the front counter and said she was the manager, she began to yell at me stating she was understaffed and over worked. she stated that she has been there since 0900hrs and does not have time for bullshit complaints. She then began fighting with another customer at the window yelling at the customer and slamming the drive through window shut. Marco's Pizza has a great recipe for making pies but to say the Hinesville location offers a taste of Italian food is a disgrace to Italy and truly the shame of Southeast Georgia. WOULD NOT PURCHASE FOOD HERE AGAIN. Oh and they did not let me place my walk-in order either. read more

Always hot fresh and good pizza.A little bit on the greasy side compared to other pizza joints. However, it's still good pizza and I always have a coupon for a good discount. This last time we elected carry out. I called she took the order and said 15 mins. It was actually just under 15 mins. read more

I'm from out of town. My sister recommended so I ordered a couple pizzas & cheesy bread. Went 15 min to pick it up. Literally been thinking about pizza all day. I get back home 15 min later & I'm about to dig in. It's the wrong pizza... okay. I'll just call. So I call & the worker was nice. He got a manager for me. Spoke to the manager & he told me they could remake the pizza. Cool. Asked if he could deliver it because I didn't want to go back out.. "no" (since I came to pick it up.) Okay.. asked if he could give me a deal or discount since I'll have been basically driving an hr (15min x 4).. "okay I can give you 10$ credit but then I'm not making you a new pizza, you'll have to keep that one. Oh & it's just a credit. No actual monies back to your card" RIDICULOUS. Don't order from here carryoutor check your order before you leave (which you shouldn't have to do). read more

This pizza was some of the best pizza I've had in a while!!! Thing crust cut into squares easily the best thing ever

My family loves Marcos pizza, but the employees needs to wash their hands after cleaning the restrooms and come and run the register. When she ask can she help me I had to tell her no and let someone else assist me after she handled the garbage and came straight to the front to run the register. Please correct your employees. read more

When I first got stationed here we absolutely loved Marcos! The pizza was amazing and service was awesome. That being said I don't know what has happened within the last month..but the quality of the food and service has become horrible. 5 out of the last 6 times they have either forgot or sent the wrong sauce with the breadsticks. It seems like the staff is really bad at reading the orders. I hope they start getting back to the way they were. read more

Every time we have been to Marcos we have had horrible service. The staff has not been friendly, the place is always dirty, the food has taken forever, and several times my pizzas have sat waiting on the shelf until I went up and asked after people who placed their order after me got their food. I tried to call in an order just to listen to the phone ring for five minutes then someone asked me to hold, I sat on hold for 10 more minutes then they hung up. The times I've came back were out of convenience since they are on post, but I'm done with this place. read more

It's mediocre pizza joint. It's not that good and at the same time not that bad. I just hate when the grease drips down and gets on all over my hands! And sometimes they miss to pack one item once in a while for both delivery and pickup. For pickup I had to go back to pick up what they missed to put in my order, because they said it will take more than an hour to even attempt to deliver it. read more

Recently moved to Fort Stewart and tried the pizza here with the kids. Both pizzas were great, good flavor as well as staying true to thin and crispy crust. Not a bad experience at all. Will defiantly be using them as our go to pizza place, kids loved it. Just add a little more feta cheese to the white cheesy pizza and it would make it better. read more
