I would like to share what happened with me last night. I called a order in around 5:15 PM and then I immediately call back at 5:16 PM and ask if they would make the it at 6 pm. When I arrived at 6pm the pizza cold and dry the server said that the had already made the pizza pizza when i had called back. So i said ok can you give me some sauce please. Then she kept talking and said if you need another pizza made you would have to buy another pizza. Then I said yes i would like another made and I would like to speak with a manager. She said the manager said we will not be making you another pizza until you buy. Then another person came up posing as a manage and just agree with Aaliyah behavior. Then shortly a young man names Sully came over and try to diffuse the situation ask me what did I order and said he will make anothepizza for me. read more

The deformed/autistic girl from behind the counter refused to give me the pizza even though it was already on the rack waiting for pickup. Ordered two custom pizzas for delivery. One came with red sauce when the order was for white sauce. Even the ticket on the pizza said white sauce. Called to try and get the right pizza. Was told to take it up with Uber eats. Even though Uber eats had nothing to do with the pizza just the delivery. read more

There are 8 people standing inside, only one appeared to be working. "Employees" came and went through the front door multiple times without washing their hands, playing on their phones, touching people's boxes, money, the phone, registers and more. The placement of the door allows you to see almost the entire kitchen, and everyone standing around. Ordered curbside, clicked I'm here and sat for another 10 minutes. Most Friendly Establishment I have been to. Marco's always gives 110% with their customers. The food is always fresh, great prices, and even better portions. Many different options from pizza, salads, & subs. Never have to wait longer than 10-15 min for my food. Ordered takeout for the first time after seeing the place everyday for 3 months, big mistake. I ordered online for pickup. It stated that it would be right sliced for a medium. When I got home I found a completely different pizza with pork not chicken cut into about 25 little pieces. I called to inform them that I had received the wrong pizza, They did not seem surprised. Marco's has always been a step above Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's in quality to me, but today they lost two loyal customers. Buckle in folks. This will be a wild ride. We had ordered $55 worth of food from Marco's around 1:30 PM, scheduling the delivery for 5:00 PM. By 4:30, our dinner said it was out for delivery. So we'd get it a bit earlier than expected, no big deal. We were getting hungry anyway. By 5:30, our order still hasn't shown up. We decided to call the store. Someone answers my call and I fill her in on the issue. She offers to connect me to a manager. Sure, what the heck. She's probably busy and the manager could explain what's going on to me. I'm connected to the manager and informed that their only driver blew his transmission and they were forced to hand my order over to DoorDash. The manager is less than apologetic and begrudgingly agrees to refund my order. That's fine. We just want our food. Getting it free would be nice. He promises to find out where the driver is before we hang up with each other. A few minutes after hanging up, I get a text from DoorDash that my food will arrive at 6:15PM. So, basically, it would've been in transit for at least an hour and 45 minutes. For those of you in food service, you know that is a long time for food to be in the temperature danger zone and that it is no longer safe for human consumption. I call the manager back and fill him in on this new update. He is once again far from apologetic and offers to remake our order since he suddenly has two drivers that had come into work. He does not tell me if this remake would be free or if I would still have to pay for this ridiculous service. In the end, I tell him to forget it and we just ended up going with Domino's, which just arrived in under 20 minutes while I was writing this review and was far cheaper for larger/specialty items. We're never ordering from Marco's again. Oh! And my refund still has not posted, so you guys may have to stay tuned for part two tomorrow. Absolutely LOVE this place. The option of regular or thick crust and flavored crust!! Best part of any pizza. Definitely give it a try if you haven't already. I go with the thick garlic sauce crust. Prices are reasonable and the service is fast. The only thing that's a bummer is they don't deliver to Charlotte. It's worth the 15 minute round trip drive. The cheese bread is amazing too. Usually with your receipt you can get a code for free cheese bread with next order. read more

I have been anticipating the opening of this restaurant for some time as I pass by it daily to go to work and come home. I finally got to order a large pepperoni pizza yesterday, which they had a $9.99 special. Overall, it is was ok, but I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. The pros: -The place looked cleaned. -The cheese on the pizza was of quality. The cons: -It was too greasy. I mean, I know pizza is supposed to be greasy, but not overly soaked in grease that you can't taste the sauce. (See picture) -The Roma Crust was a little too salty All in all, it is good to have a pizza joint close by, but I still have other pizza spots that I enjoy more that have better priced specials during the week. I gave it 4 stars because the staff is friendly, it did just open, and the pizza wasn't a waste. But bring your patience like me, as of course, they are training staff so it may take them some time to know how to work the cash registers. read more

Went to pick up my pizza , was curbside but decided I wanted a soda so I went in. There were only 2 people working. My pizza was great, the employee that helped me at counter was very nice and helpful. I believe the other person working was the manager, he was nice also. They were working hard , just the 2 of them, with missing employees and their ordering system having problems, but they were still nice and polite and welcoming. This is by far one of the worst pizza restaurants I've eaten at. The pizza was so greasy it bleed through the box and onto the towel I had placed underneath it. The pepperoni they use is very salty and the sausage unnecessarily large. The cheese sticks were lacking in the cheese department and were saltier than the pepperoni and was also very greasy. If you like a Pizza Hut pan pizza style pizza loaded with grease and enough salt to give you hypertension in one slice this is the place for you. Also the employees are not very sanitary often going from ringing up customers, answering the phone and hoping right back into making your pizza without washing hands unless the customer tells them otherwise. All in all, I wouldn't eat here again even if it was free. read more

I placed an order for Marcos and my order was supposed to have two Ceasar salads I never got. I called Dasher and Marcos pizza and both placed both on each other. We live about 10 minutes from them so I asked If I was able to get them to deliver it to me or if I could pick it up. The man on the phone said he would have to charge me the taxes AND for the salads because this was on DoorDash and not them and if I asked them to deliver it they would charge the taxes, the salad, and the delivery fee. I paid over $100 for three extra large pizzas, cheese sticks, and two Ceasar salads. This was terrible customer service and I needed to call DoorDash he didn't even bother to assist me. He just asked me "was there anything else he could help me with" Even though when I called He said that he does not remember making any salads but refused to allow me to be pick them up read more

Well my order wasn't correct. I admit I should have checked before I left, but I didn't. I called the store and the manager got on the phone, explained the pizza mix up and then I was well my cinnamon bites have no cinnamon just bread. This was the first time I have placed an order here. It was highly recommended by several of my friends and family. I understand the weather is uncooperative due to hurricane Florence but...after waiting 1 1/2 hours I called Grub Hub who was supposed to deliver the pizza and they contacted Marcos for a status. The Harrisburg Marco's compliance with COVID rules is the worst I've seen in any restaurant/eating establishment. As I arrived at the store, I was thankful for the sign requiring masks to enter - ha! When I stepped inside, the first person I saw was a young man tending the counter with a mask around his neck. When I motioned to him to raise his mask, he did. But then I saw all the others cooking and ignoring basic sensibility, 7 or 8 of them with only 2 wearing masks. It doesn't count as wearing a mask if it is around your neck, and leaving your nose exposed isn't much better. Earlier during COVID my husband and I ordered from Marco's a lot because we specifically liked how they followed the mask rules. We'll miss their pizza but we aren't coming back. read more

This locations is the worst. I prefer the one in Huntersville. This is our second time coming here and the pizza is ALWAYS greasy. Look how greasy the napkins are. I didn't eat the pizza but my kid did. I just ate the salad. Also we asked for half pepperoni and have cheese. They bought us a cheese pizza. Would've ate the cheese pizza but what I asked for was extra so I wanted what I paid for. All they did was throw pepperoni on top of the pizza and put it back through the oven which made it even greasier. Then the bread was hard. Not to mention their drinks are always flat.
