Checked out the reviews first before I ordered and they weren't great to say the least. I was starving and craving pizza & wings though and always wanting to try new pizza places. Long story short the delivery time was cut in half compared to the original time and the pizza was overloaded with the extra's and the wings were pretty darn good! I've always enjoyed Marco's pizza but when it come to their delivery service, there is no worse company out there, we ordered a couple of pizzas tonight around 6:45pm 1/15/23. 3 hours later no pizza, when we called we were hung up on, then called back and were told it should be her, it wasn't, called back again and was told they would remake the order, but we had to pick up, so we did, they gave us a voided slip showing the refund and told us they would not give us pizza for free, We will never do business with Marco's again. read more

I wanted delivery to my hotel room. I ordered from the website. I ordered salad and some subs. They called and said they had no salad. Fine. Did they take it off my bill? No. The chicken club sub I ordered was cold, yet the bread was burnt...hmmm... The bacon was undercooked and the chicken was gristly. The sandwich had hardly any filling. Mostly bread. Marco's Pizza in Devils Lake, North Dakota, was a great choice for a home-delivered meal, until yesterday. I ordered a XL Big Cheese pizza with triple bacon and triple anchovy, along with two 2 Litre bottles of Pepsi. The pizza arrived timely, however, the delivery person stated that he was ordered to go buy anchovies at the nearby Walmart, because the store was apparently out of stock. Why didn't they call me so I could alter the order, as they had done in past circumstances? The Pepsi was handed to me without a bag to carry them in, as I have to ascend two flights of stairs to get to my apartment. The delivery person did not wear any protective facial covering, as had other delivery persons done in the past. Upon inspection of the pizza once in my apartment, it had the appearance of flattened roadkill, overcooked and tough to chew, far from the quality exhibited in past deliveries. Since I am in self-imposed isolation due to current events, and disabled, and it was too hot to cook, I reluctantly ate this pizza, to cut my losses with restrained disappointment, vowing never to order pizza from this store again. I will order from their competitors from now on. Never again. read more

If I could give this establishment less than one star, I truly would. Worst two experiences of my life. I was offered free items after a two hour wait on the items and delivery I had ordered on the day I spent hours moving into my apartment (I was feeding my children who are in Kindergarten and First grade but my children had to wait untill almost 9pm to eat!!!). I waited until today to order from this establishment again. When I call to claim my free pizza today, the one I was told would be on my account, I have the manager tell me there isn't anything on my account (THE SAME manager who gave it to me in the first place) and if there should have been, SHE would have put it on my account because SHE was the manager at the time (so... okay.. why isn't it on there then?!?!) After explaining to her my situation from that time, the delivery driver, and what SHE had promised me that day, she agreed about the situation, remembered the driver who has since been fired, and yet she still refused to honor her word. I will never order from this excuse for a business. And I truly hope no one else does the same in lieu of what actually happens at this Devils Lake ND location. This has been some of the ABSOLUTE worst customer service, food, and experiences I have ever had. Maybe I'll try Marco's again when I'm in ANOTHER TOWN. read more
