My pasta was good and served at the proper temperature, however, my wife wasn't as lucky. The salmon she ordered was fine, but it was covered in scallions that were not mentioned on the menu. Her pasta, supposed to be served room-temperature, was cold, as if it had sat around waiting for the salmon. Our server was fine, however, she could have been much better. I really wish restaurants would realize that customers sitting in their dining rooms have chosen them over all their competition and treat them accordingly. I'm sure we could have had a similar experience somewhere else for the same $50. I wanted to give 4+ Stars today, but am unable due to the entire experience.

She did not receive her entrée until all of the rest of us were completely finished eating. Well, we were good natured about it and didn't create a fuss or complain or asked to talk to a manager,, but Salvatori's also didn't take the initiative to offer any additional words of explanation, apology, or even a coupon off our next visit. My daughter's entrée came out so hot, that the ceramic plate was actually steaming. Ordinarily that is not a bad thing if she would receive her order at the same time as everyone else.. She felt so awkward about having to wait until it cools off before she can eat, and knowing that all the rest of us were finished and waiting on her that she just pretty much asked for a box and packed it up to take it home. That was a bit of a bummer.
