I had reached out to a few other people too (three in total), and not only was Joaquin the quickest to respond, but he also had the best pricing. We booked everything in less than 10 minutes, which was amazing. He showed up right on time, professional, was super friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I had a ceiling fan that was wobbling pretty badly, and it turned out it needed brackets installed inside the wall to be secured properly. Joaquin handled all of that and then reinstalled the fan--clean, quick, and the work is flawless. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Honestly, I'm so glad we found him. He's affordable, reliable, and a total pro. We'll definitely be calling him for any future projects. I will be recommending him to our friends and family.

They took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and explained everything clearly, including a detailed breakdown of the work and pricing before we moved forward. They upgraded our home to a 200-amp electrical panel, installed a 50-amp car charger outlet, and completed additional electrical work for our kitchen, laundry area, and portable AC. The entire process was seamless. The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our home. Everything was completed beautifully and left in great working order. I also really appreciate that they stand behind their work and guarantee it, which gives us extra peace of mind. It's not always easy to find a company that communicates well, is transparent about pricing, and does quality work. We had a great experience with Primo Electric and would definitely recommend them!

Still, all's well that ends well, since I accidentally lucked into a great electrician who did a ton of work for me in under an hour, charged pennies, and to whom I've now referred three neighbors. Work completed between Dec 2024 - Jan 2025…read more Team & Process My wife and I had just closed on a house and contracted Electric Brothers to update the electrical work on our new home. Our home inspector had recommended Electric Brothers to us. They were very easy to communicate with. This was my first time working with a contractor at this scope. Thankfully the team was professional and accommodating to our questions throughout the whole process. I had a huge list of work I wanted done on the house and the crew were understanding and offered financially flexible options for the work. Early on we had an unrelated permitting issue on the house and Electric Brothers was patient and helped us come up with solutions on how to continue the work on the electrical permit without affecting the other permit. From the get go Kamea and Isaac came out to do a walkthrough of our home to decide what the scope of work would be. At this point we weren't certain of how we were planning on remodeling the house but Kamea and Isaac offered flexible solutions. They were able to get the permit and started on the work quite quickly. Jose, Jonathan and the rest of the crew got to work removing the panel and old outlets and switches. I had requested some change orders later on and Eric and David were able to accommodate quickly. After all the work was complete, Antonio and Marcos patched all the holes inside and out. The patch work even impressed our inspector and the electric company that stopped by to adjust our power lines. The whole team was great and was willing to offer a ton of great house advice in general. Scope of Work The scope of the work included a panel upgrade, moving the panel and adding grounding to the house. We had also extended our powerline above the roof of the house to give our backyard some more vertical space. For the full house rewire, we had replaced all the existing wire with new wiring and relocated many of the outlets and switches. Kamea and Isaac worked closely with us to position the outlets and switches exactly where we wanted them. This included outlets inside and outside. Throughout the process we did have many specific requests but the team was able to pivot quickly without hesitation. Of course this did cause some slight miscommunication in the office but nothing detrimental to the project. In addition to the rewire work we also wanted to set up the electrical for our future remodeling plans. Jose made sure the circuits in the kitchen would be appropriate for the new appliances we had ordered. We updated some of our exterior lights as well and added additional lighting in one of our bathrooms. Both bathrooms were updated with new Panasonic vent fans. I also requested the wiring to be set up for an electric car charger for the future. Summary All in all a great experience! We'd definitely work together again in the future. My best suggestion to other new homeowners for a project of this scale is to align on the specific project goals before the starting walkthrough. Apologies, if I misremembered or misspelled any of the team member's names.

There were electricians who would charge up to $350 just to come out and assess the situation before determining if it was fixable. There were electricians who would do a half-hearted inspection and just determine to replace the breaker, even when I, with some simple research online, knew that replacing the breaker would not solve the issue. There were also electricians who would come out and determine the problem, tell me they would send a quote over, then make me wait for over a week for that quote, which ultimately never came despite me following up numerous times. I then found Elie from New Electronics Communication. Right from the start, he was up-front about his complimentary on-site estimate. He asked relevant questions about my predicament. He offered advice and suggestions. He then came out and determined the what was wrong, fixed it, and had everything up and running that same day after I got the runaround from so many other electricians. I am so happy with the work that Elie did, but I am far more impressed with how he represented himself and the professionalism that he demonstrated. I cannot recommend Elie and New Electronics Communication highly enough. Save yourself the time and just go with him and his company and you will not be sorry.
