As I wasn't under any time schedule, I mentioned that I didn't have any issues with it. I've been to the C&T located in the Ville Saint-Laurent / Cartierville area but this is their recently new location in Pierrefonds. This C&T location recently opened in Pierrefonds and was very large and clean. At the time that my friend and I arrived, there was plenty of available free parking close to the entrance. The large shopping carts work with the coin deposit/release system which I'm not a fan of. I know why a lot of stores implement this (mostly grocery stores) but since I'm one of the people who despite what the weather is like, I will always return my grocery shopping cart back to the area that they are supposed to be located after I put the items into my car, I find it more of a nuisance and I often don't carry a loonie or a two-nie with me to release the shopping cart. Luckily here, they have smaller red plastic grocery carts that you can use. These grocery carts can't leave the store so whatever you purchase in the store, you need to take them out of the cart and bring them to your car or whatever means of transportation you used to shop here. This place is very large and very clean. As it just recently opened, hopefully it stays this clean since the C&T location in the VSL/Cartierville area isn't as clean. I believe that this place opened in June 2023 (I visited in late July 2023). There is a minimum $10 amount if using your credit card for purchases. The prices were typical for a larger Asian grocery store and I found the prices to be very competitive and the fresh produce prices that I looked at and was interested in were lower than some of the prices that I saw in the bigger chains (Provigo, Maxi, Metro, Super-C, IGA). I can see myself returning here if I'm in the area. The only negative is that I need to make sure that I have my grocery bags or a loonie/two-nie in order to use the grocery cart if I'm purchasing a lot of items (and I generally don't have/keep my empty grocery bags in my car).

The variety of fruits and vegetables, which includes many unknown and mysterious ones is simply amazing. Everything is always ripe, fresh and most of all tasty. Upon walking through each section, you'll be amazed by the large variety of international products. Yes, mostly Asian ones, but tucked in between is many Spanish or Indian products. The staff may not seem the warmest or friendliest, yet they are very helpful and kind. You ask with such lovely review of mine why only four stars? Simply and only because the isles are often crowded with unpacked boxes. The carts are placed else where and in the way.

I've visited other asian grocery stores, and usually they're so shy or aren't comfortable with the language that they avoid all questions, so coming here as my first time was a real eye opener and such a breath of fresh air :) Because a lot of these things don't come with an english translation on the back lol At the time I came, they didn't accept credit cards, only cash and debit, however I do hope that in the future they gain enough business to make it worth setting up their credit card proccessor. They didn't offer plastic bags though, only a nice quality logo'd shoping bag you buy for an extra dollar, which was fine for me, as least it's sturdy and I get to reuse it. This store is very small though, they don't have any fresh fruits or veggies, just dried things that last long, we well as a few frozen items and cooking pots. Though they do have all the dried essentials, as well as spices. I did find a good salty bean paste too. They did have many interesting ingredients as well, things I haven't seen before like dried bamboo fungus, which I consider to be a type of long white mushroom. I had originally wanted to go to the other asian grocery store which was huge, but it ended up being out of my way so I didn't have time to go, and happen to had found this place by accident, and honestly, I am really happy to know it's here now :)

I went to Kim Phat to purchase some things with my mom. She had never been to this Kim Phat before…read moreand neither have I. The store is an Asian specialty grocery store and they have a fairly large free parking lot. The prices seemed to be fair and comparable to C&T and LianTai (at least for the items that interested me). I don't drive to this area a lot but if I am in the area, I would have no issues going to Kim Phat for some specialty Asian grocery store items and snacks. Because of the convenience of parking, I prefer Lian Tai, then probably Kim Phat, and then C&T (C&T's parking is often full because it shares a large parking area in a parking mall). Since I didn't eat breakfast or lunch before bringing my mom here, I was famished and purchased a banh mi (Vietnamese baguette sandwich) which was premade and also purchased a drink which was on special.

Super excited as I love indian food but the restaurant thing is starting to get quite expensive so I'm super happy to have found a great place to do some groceries for the house and prep some fabulous indian cuisine homemade! There's an abundance of indian spices in jars, cans, powder form with tons of fresh veggies and fruits. Lots of cool flavours. It's not a full on grocery such as no meats .. only spices, dairy products Paneer cheese yaaay and ready to go snacks as you walk in the store. The Place is super convenient for me as we live close by and we don't have to drive far to get our things.. the only downfall is the price.. a bit pricey if you ask me but not as bad as the resto's and it's a convenience thing.. rather spend more and drive less. When I'm the fresh produce isle you can find a variety of everything ! With selection on pairs, oranges herbs and so much more, you are bound to find what you need here. They also have a fresh meat/poultry and fish section where you can get live fish, different cuts of meat with competitive pricing by the pound. The bakery section offers many desserts and unique Asian pastry some are even house made ! The staff is friendly and helpful and covid safety measures are enforced

The service and employee at Marche C&T store is really bad. My wife and I arrived at the store half…read morean hour before the store's closing time. We didn't finish our selection at 8pm (the closing time) but almost at the end. However, there was one employee very rushed push us to leave, we just have one or two item need to select. She didn't want to help but only spoke loudly to us just the store need to be closed, but based on my experience no store in Canada push customer to leave as long as customer step into the store before the closing time. My wife is pregnant, she couldn't move fast and felt sad and angry about this thing. There is no respect from the the employee at this store. Please avoid this store. It was really a bad bad experience.

Most of The food here is imported from Europe and traditional baked goods are found fresh on the daily. The shop is authentic and screams delicious all throughout the store. As you walk in, you are taken into the groceries fresh deli products and the lady greeted us at the start. Fresh smoked/ dried pork delights waiting to be grabbed. We asked to try and they gladly gave us a sample after we tried it we did not hesitate to purchase a large amount. They had anything you can think of fine selection of pork, beef, cheese and fish .. lots of smoked goods mmzzsm smoked salmon fillets, russian black bread , caviar, Cabbage rolls ( Golubsti) , pickled or marinate cabbage galore ( kapusta kapchonaya) dairy products and russian Chocolates. The price tag is a little high but it's imported so you pay more for the good stuff not too much more it's standard pricing for a delicatessen. They even had Pickled barrels of Pickles and green unripe tomatoes to chose from it's rare to find these now a days as everything is in a can or a jar so was pretty appreciative that they kept it served fresh this way from a barrelled jar, There's plenty of interesting and delicious sweets and dry goods imported as well. First time here and I'm happy I discovered it without My mom or grandma so now I can bring them here and help them reminisce with me as well! The blood sausage dish was also surprisingly good (although probably didn't need the gratin on top). Would have liked the paella mariscos to be crispier but at least the seafood flavor was good. View of the water when dining on the terrace although the tarps that were up obstructed it a little bit. Not sure if the tarps are always up or if it was because of the rain forecast. There was a sudden (although expected) downpour after we finished lunch and were walking around for a bit.
