She was professional, informative and genuinely a spiritual soul. She introduced the 7 chakra discs, we discussed intention setting and I chose 2 stones that she briefly explained how they relate to the chakra discs I chose. Laying on the healing crystals/stones was very powerful and helped me relieve a lot of built up blockage and negative energy I had in various parts of my body. I do remember falling in a deep sleep, but also being aware of the positive energy, vibrations and aromatherapy surrounding me. The next morning, I felt energized from releasing a lot of heavy burdens lifted from my heart/mind..it truly helped me to regain balance. Overall, great mind, body and soul experience and would recommend to visit Shannon for a healing reiki session!

I struggled with anxiety and general unhappiness my whole life and after some especially rough…read moreevents in my life it got to a point where I felt empty, life felt pointless, and existing was a struggle. Very much depressed! I tried all sorts of things, traditional therapy, diet & exercise (which helped), medications (which temporarily numbed but then badly backfired) however, nothing seemed to have a lasting effect. I would have done anything to get myself out of that emotional mess and Anna came highly recommended so, with a little skepticism but an open mind, I decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I have noticed immediate relief after just a couple of sessions, I found my mind focusing more on the bright side and it was easier to snap out anxiety, so I decided to go at it full force and between live sessions and recordings, hypnotherapy became a daily practice for a few months. The general sense of well-being I reached then became the foundation for improvements in all other areas of my life. Feelings of anxiety and depression still come up at times, but I don't spiral down with them anymore. I now often feel calm, joyful, and overall more positive and motivated. Anna is a lightworker and the best teacher I ever met. She is passionate, knowledgeable, loving and truly caring being. She explains things directly, simply and with fun and I could not recommend her more. I feel so grateful to have met her and I wish the kind of improvements I have experienced to anyone!

I began attending classes at RYK in August of 2019. What started as a yoga studio eventually became…read morean important part of my life and personal growth. Over the years, I have attended regular classes, completed Teacher Training, and traveled with the RYK community to both India and Bali. These experiences have given me the opportunity to experience the teachings not only in the classroom but also in daily life and in different parts of the world. One of the things I appreciate most about RYK is the consistency of support it provides. The regular classes create a structure that helps me stay connected to practices and perspectives that support growth, wellbeing, groundedness, and prosperity in its broader sense. The teachings challenge me appropriately, encouraging me to continue expanding while remaining connected to myself and my values. What has always stood out to me is the authenticity of the space. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen and aligned with the values being taught. Whether it is the teachings themselves, the artwork on the walls, the spiritual symbols, thangkas, malas, gemstones, Ayurvedic supplies, sheepskins, clothing sourced from India and Bali, or products from carefully selected American brands, there is a sense of integrity and intention throughout the entire center. Mahadev brings a combination of knowledge, experience, dedication, and humility to his teaching. The community that has formed around RYK has also been an important part of my experience. Over the years, I have met many thoughtful and caring people through this space, and the environment consistently feels welcoming and supportive. After more than six years, I continue to attend classes and remain grateful that RYK is part of my life. In a city known for many things, it has become one of the places that helps me stay connected to what matters most.
