Waited 3 weeks for an eval appt to transfer my care from Vegas. The therapist took no measurements of my range of motion and I am post surgical. No treatment was given after the short eval. I was told they are double and triple booked and unable to receive treatment until the 25th which is 2 weeks away. They should not be making new patient appointments when they can not accommodate therapy appts due to their heavy patient load. read more

Physical Therapy. Everyone that I have dealt with here has been amazing. I have been here several times, for different reasons, and everyone has been so supportive and kind. Today after my therapy, my battery was dead on my car. As soon as they realized it, three of them came out and helped me before my friend or AAA could arrive. I hope I don't need much more PT in my life, but if I do, I hopefully hope it will be there. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff there read more

The good is they have a lot of equipment for all types of therapy. The bad news is I never seen the same therapist in a rotation type of situation for internship experience for residency read more

This is my second set of treatments here . Had a very positive experience the first time. I was rather skeptical but by the end of treatment 6-7 weeks I was feeling so much better. Today was first treatment appointment after the evaluation, it went extremely well. Joseph G. Was fantastic ! He's very helpful;, demonstrated each exercise, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable . That combined with massage to stretch the muscles I left feeling much better than I had felt in a month . Lastly, the front office staff is wonderful ; all were friendly and helpful . Definitely recommend Optimal therapy ! read more

Very helpful when it comes to setting your appts. Little wait time. Clean modern facility. Ladies at the desk go above and beyond what they need to do. Fun and personable atmosphere. Equipped with everything you can imagine. The working vibe between the employers and employees seems to be very good. Therapy itself is well thought out between therapists and assistants to get the maximum improvement for the patient. I have been to another physical therapy clinic and it can't compare to this one. I'm feeling better these days and I owe it to the caring staff at Affiliated. read more

I just completed my physical therapy with the team at Affiliated Physical Therapy and this has been THE best group of people to work with! From the very first visit and evaluation with Justin through 30 PT sessions, each and every session was incredibly well done. Every member of the staff was professional, proficient and friendly. PT isn't for the weak, at times, it is painful and it is always a great deal of effort but this team actually makes you look forward to the visit. Thanks for fixing us broken dinosaurs team. You are awesome! read more

I highly recommend the Postal Road location. Very professional, caring staff. I first was assigned to the one on Hwy. 160; was not a good fit for me, so they referred me to the one on Postal Road. I extremely pleased with the outcome. Great people! If I need physical therapy, I will always go there. Dave, Celica, and Kellie are awesome! Thank you! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. No one of the staff bothered to tell me that my insurance was not accepted here even after I asked about co-pays on numerous occasions. Then six months after my therapy ended they send me a $4000 bill for services. I can't believe this is how they do business, really shady. read more

Great service. The employees are awesome and do whatever they can to help you feel better. It is a very nice place to come for therapy.

When I was a young boy my immigrant father took my family across the Atlantic Ocean in search of better physical therapy. We traveled many nights without food, with little coin in our pocket. My father held strong and kept the family in high hopes knowing he would find us a refuge from the horrible back pain that I suffered from. As we came into the borders of this great nation my father continued to move west. We were on the prairie lands of the mid-west and I was so heavy laden with pain I had to lie down in the wagon for miles. As my family and I came into the great state of Nevada we turned South. Me thinks we turned south because my father likes the warm weather, but being guided by the spirit of healing abundance we arrived in Pahrump. Soon after arriving in Pahrump we came across APT. Oh Blessed Be the Healing Powers of Dave and his staff! My father took his whole family and we were treated of our horrible pains and ailments. I myself being cured of my pain saw the miraculous work that is being done in this institution of healing. That day my father rested well knowing he completed his task in life. read more
