Beware they will sell you a 14 year old tire and tell you it's fine... I went there asking for a used tire, they show me one tire with a DOT date of 2021, I inspect the tread, looks great. The man tells me they have another one like it and they can install them both. Now this is part where I should have inspected the other tire, I simply assumed it would be at or near the year of the first one he showed me. After I rolled out I inspected that tire, it's from 2011 so nearly 14 years old! That's not safe to drive on. I call and get told the old spiel of it not being within their contract and it's been inspected to be safe... No that's nonsense, if the tires there are the same then just swap this one out with a newer one. I liked this placed originally and they treated me good, but they tried my patience on this. read more

About once a month, I needed to put air in a tire. The person at the shop didn't get the job of sealing the leaky tire done, instead he took out the wrong tire, said that tire had no leak but he said that tire needed to change the sensor. He said he doesn't change sensors and recommended I take it to auto zone. I left the shop, after paying $15 which he had told me even if he finds no leaks, there is a $15 charge. I had no issue with paying up and left after paying. While driving I noticed that my air Guage on dashboard still read 26, I was like why would he never put air in it(needs to be at 35 psi.) I stopped the shop He reiterated the issue was a sensor issue. He inflated that tire to 50 psi. When I pointed to him that the tire that I needed fixed that was leaking and that had 26 psi was the front driver side tire that he never touched. I had asked him when I first went to the shop to use his Guage to make sure he fixes the tire with the low 26 psi pressure (front driver side tire.) Instead he looked at the back driver side tire, checked the Guage and lied! at the time saying that was the 26 psi tire. This was the issue, I didn't understand why he took out instead a wrong tire and put it back leaving the issue with the low pressure front tire unfired. What made the experience weird was when I asked why he never fixed that tire, he said he can only put air if I paid $5, and he took no responsibility for causing the disservice. His customer service IQ is negative, not an exaggeration. I was stunned. I just said to him, how do you deal with a customer like you are doing. I told him that I wasn't going to respond to him in any elevated manner. I simply asked him if he believed he had done his job right. And wished him a good day and walked off the business. I had these guys install 4 new tires that I bought online. They charged me $25/per tire to install which according to them included the balancing of the tires. After these guys installed my new tires, my car would be shaking and vibrating whenever I am driving over 40 mph in the highway. It was pretty scary that, I immediately brought my car back to them a few days later and asked them to check the balancing of my tire because my car was shaking and vibrating in the highway. These guys however, told me that they will need to charge me $10 dollars per tire to check the balancing. I told them they were the ones that installed the tire but still insisted that will have to charge me. I did not have a choice so I agreed to pay another $10 to have them check my tire balancing. When they checked the balancing of my tire, they told me my tire was balance. The machine was showing .5 inner and 0.0 outside. They said that shows it is balance. They said, my rim has a slight bent and that could be causing the shaking so if I want, they can swap the rear tire and put it infront for me. They charged me a total of $30 dollars and I left their shop thinking, my tire was balanced according to them. But, as I drove on I-66 that afternoon, my car felt like I was driving on cobblestones and my dashboard and steering wheel was vibrating terribly as I drove over 30 mph. It felt like the vibration got worse after these guys swap the rear tire to put it in front. It was pretty scary experience and I was worried that I was going to get into a car accident with the way my car was vibrating and shaking while I was driving on the highway past 30 mph. After several days of driving with this terrible shaking and vibrating, I decided to just bring my car to the dealership and have them check my car. When the mechanics at the delearship checked my tires, ALL my tires were completely out of balance! No new weights were installed. All the weights on my tires were old and they also broke one of the my lugnut screws by forcing the lugnuts to screw in at an angle! I had to spend $300 for the delearship to fix that lugnut screw and another $100 dollars to balance my tires which this shop never did in the first place. Also, these guys never gave me a print out to show proof that my tire was balance after install like other shops would so I would not recommend this shop to anyone especially if you're a woman. read more

On 11/23/23 we visited this shop because we saw a nail in a right front tire for our friend Mercedes. The two guys from the shop approached and gave us an estimate and they pullout front right tire immediately. Then they ask us what kind of repair we need, which surprised us because obviously we already agreed on the job & on price. We wanted the tire to be patched, but they doubled the price. when we ask why the price was doubled from the price initially quoted for...they said the initial price was for plugging...it is ridiculously stupid to pull-out a tire to plug it anyway. So, we stick with the original quote requesting to plug the tire...now they change the price again even for plugging. Luckily we were three friends together when they were changing their prices and behaving strangely. Now we decide to leave because things are going from bad to worse because unfortunately we were dealing with people not only they were lying and mistreating people. They are vey self-destructive which they don't care for their reputation or the shop work for that matter. So politely we request to put back our tire which was not flat anyway, but they refuse. It is sad they don't want to do the job at the price they promised and they refuse to put our tire which they remove it unnecessarily to just hold us hostage. We report to police & put back our tire and left. We will report to better-business-bureau and other related offices because no other customer needs to go through this kind of problem again. One of us lived and worked in Arlington VA for a long time and it is our noble-task to follow through until corrective measures are taken. Alex, Jonah & John. read more
