A few times questions were asked about preferences to ensure that my massage was delivered to my own liking, and I very much appreciated that. The chopping and the knocking is not for everyone. The warming on the massage table was welcome, and I was very comfortable throughout the experience. Safety would be a concern however, as I never signed a waiver, filled out any forms to disclose any personal information or pre-existing conditions that may impact the massage. I'm used to filling those out and noting any areas of pain, prior surgeries or medical diagnosis, etc. Was never asked if I have had a massage before either that I recall. Price quoted over the phone was $90 for one hour, matched the pricing displayed on arrival and was the price changed. Pricing displayed under the table that you see when you lay on your stomach was older, should likely be removed.

He made claims of the ability to reverse autoimmune and told me he was 100% on solving digestive issues for patients. None of this was accurate and I wasted a lot of money and a lot of time. The process started out as it does for every other patient. I was put on a very clean diet (which I had already done before) and a lot of expensive labs were ran. The same issue was identified that my prior doctor identified. Dr. Johnson recommended the SAME supplements. I let him know I already took those supplements and they didn't work. I was told to stay the course and it would be different. Nope. NOTHING got better. I paid $6K to do the same thing I already did. When it didn't work, Dr. Johnson didn't know what to do. We ran more expensive tests and again I was told he would fix me, he was 100% on resolving digestive issues for patients. I should have listened to my gut but I was desperate and I paid for the additional tests again. They play on this desperate feeling of people just wanting to be well / no longer sick. It is sad. I was then told to take some more supplements and go on a super restrictive diet (Carnivore). Six months later, NOTHING is better and I am told there is nothing else he can do. I asked for a partial refund because his "big plan" was the same plan I already paid for with a different doc (same diet, same supplements) and it didn't work. I am now being ignored. I spend over $10K between fees, tests and supplements and I can't even get a call back. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
