Our travertine floors had not been resealed in years and had lost its sheen. We had numerous small holes/cracks in the flooring. Mary came out and throughly inspected the flooring and some countertops. She seemed very knowledgeable as she explained the process for repairing cracks, re-sealing and polishing. Her crew, Damien and Leandro, were on time every day (3 day job). They are very professional and courteous. They applied protective plastic sheeting around the furniture, cabinetry prior to starting the job. We could not be happier with the results. One of the travertine tiles needed to be replaced. Luckily, we had some extras, and the tile was expertly replaced. Looks great. Mary, the owner, also assisted her crew on the job. We also had some bathroom countertops polished, with a medium sheen...they look good as new. We had removed the faucets to replace them, and it made it easier for the technicians to work on the countertops. All in all, we are extremely happy with the quality of work. I figured they would be a company I could trust for my mom's travertine tiles restoration project. I was really surprised by how good of a company they are. Our home has a lot of granite, some marble, some Travertine, which had not been resealed in several years. I contacted Mary and she came out the next day to give an estimate. I showed her all of the areas we were interested in cleaning/sealing. She was very knowledgeable and took time to closely look at the stone and explain the process. I received the quote the next day and scheduled an appointment for the following week. They were here right on time each morning (two days, lots of surface). They made sure to protect everything that was around the areas to be cleaned. Mary and her crew are hard workers and she makes sure everything is done to perfection. I can't tell you what a difference it made in my granite and marble. The colors are much more vivid, the spots on the marble floor are gone, and everything feels as smooth as glass. I engaged Marble Specialists to seal my granite countertops after reading their excellent reviews. Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience. They were scheduled to do the work on 9/20/21, but called me to see if they could change the date to 9/24/21. I made a change in my own schedule to accommodate their request. Unfortunately, they never showed up! Nor did they respond to my phone calls or email. What's there to say when you have a professional crew with a work ethic? Awesome results and a super satisfied customer! We called Mary and her crew on a whim after a neighbor had used their services for their floors. Mary came promptly as scheduled for the initial consultation for the estimate. She worked with my wife to discuss what could be done for our floors, countertops, and bath/shower walls. There was much to be done as we really didn't do too much to maintain the stone work. It was clean but just did not have that visual pop as when they were first installed. Getting a few other estimates for comparison we decided to go with Mary and her company Marble Specialists. Once scheduled, they arrived promptly and were very professional. I don't know about you, but absolutely abhor wearing shoes inside of my home. Who knows what you have stepped on or in and now you are bringing it inside of your home where you eat, live and play. Mary and her crew were very accommodating of this request and took shoes off while in my home. There were times that they did have to wear shoes but were very careful that shoes were free of debris and outside muck. The job was scheduled for two whole days. Well it took about a half day longer than scheduled. But get this, it was during Easter Sunday weekend and Mary showed up bright and early to finish the job on Easter Sunday morning. Luckily I didn't have any plans for that Sunday as our daughter was sick. But man what customer service to show up on Easter Sunday to finish. After they finished and left, the floors, countertops, and bath areas looked absolutely stunning! They were not the least expensive but they were not overpriced, they were just right in terms of pricing. But I do always appreciate a deal, lol! I will definitely use them again and absolutely appreciate level of professionalism and customer service provided by Mary and her crew. Terrazzo Specialists! I'm a property manager who has worked with other companies claiming to understand how to restore and maintain terrazzo properly but they always left spots on the stone. Terrazzo is a specialty that is incredibly hard to find and Mary and her team at Marble Specialist blew me away with the quality of their work. Not only did they leave the floors clean, shiny, sealed and smelling good, but they were able to sand down and lessen and in some places repair imperfections in the stone as well as damage caused by the installers. Stains we thought would never come out from our exterior tiles were nonexistent by the time they were through. Everyone was super professional, very pleasant, and easy to communicate with. They took care moving lightweight furniture out of the way and protecting the walls and baseboards before they started.
