They had a huge selection of remnant slabs from granite to marble to quartz which was going to save me some money. I could have ordered something and they have a great selection, but they had the perfect granite slab in stock. I also needed a saddle for the shower and shelves that would match my tile. They cut everything to size quickly so my contractor could keep doing the work. When we were ready for the granite they came right away. The finished piece including the sinks looks amazing. Trust me. Don't think you'll do better anywhere else. This is a great group of people to work with and you'll be glad you went here.

I finally hesitantly made the decision to knock on the door of the closest home, which happened to be Rich of Central Granite and Marble. For a person to open the door to a stranger in the crazy world we live in was kind enough, but it went beyond that - Rich let me charge my cell phone in his vehicle, use his cellphone to reach my husband, and stayed with me watching the truck from the safety of his lawn. It was an incredible act of kindness and when we do our kitchen some time next year, Rich will be the first person we call. The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this.
