The price here was similar to my usual spot, but Jiffy Lube also seems to always have coupons on their website for $10-15 off! The staff were respectful and quick. They did offer me "upgrades" to my oil change, but did not present it in a way that I felt obligated to say yes. It was quick and easy. I will definitely be coming again.

I do not take negative ratings lightly but I'm dismayed at this Jiffy Lube's handling of my…read moresister's car. What should have been routine brake pad changing ended up with my sister losing function of her brakes completely the next day from a caliper coming off and therefor the brake fluid bleeding. She was towed by a nice person back to the store and the tow driver asked for JL to pay for the tow as it was apparent it was their fault. They complied. The mechanic showed my sister her caliper and instead of taking any responsibility, stated it "unalived itself". They proceeded with repairs, didn't charge labor but did charge for parts. Upon settling the bill, they put the towing fee back to her! It's such an icky thing, to take advantage of someone in that way. You think this is where the story ends but alas! The brake light came on on the way home. Took it BACK in, they checked, topped off with fluid, and sent her on her way. Their demeanor was apologetic but not enough to REFUND this botched work. Brake light comes BACK on. At this point my sweet sister goes to a trusted mechanic who discovers her brake lines have air in them. I could share more but mostly I want it to be known that the treatment of my sister was unprofessional and disappointing and the mechanic doesn't seem to be very learned in the trade of mechanics. I'm so grateful losing her brakes didn't result in injury or loss of life, but the severity could have been huge.

Today I stopped in to get a drink and to get some donuts and they were all out of cups. Of course that happens. And is it a new thing but why do I always have to ask for my receipt?

It had to be less than 14 gallons. The bathroom only has 2 stalls and 1 sink and the hand dryer is located directly behind the sink making it impossible for 2 people to use at the same time. It would be very cramped, with the stall right behind the dryer. I just think the space could have been utilized better

I had spoken to the shop manager personally over the phone the day before I actually physically showed up to the shop and we agreed on a time period to bring my vehicle. When I arrived to the shop the manager requested me to leave my vehicle with him and his staff for 24 hours for a job(one brake line)that takes 2 hours max if done by a professional. The shop manager proceeded to raise his voice and repeated saying I need the vehicle all day if you want the work done. The shop manager's attitude and all around anger management issues towards me were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional on all levels of business. I'll be reporting this business to every legitimate agency in the state of Indiana. Thank You,Yelp

Shortly after I arrived a silver car pulled in then a white SUV. As one bay became open I rearranged my car to fill that bay and was told to move and let the white SUV in.
