Their prices are average, but the service is efficient, and the friendly staff make it worth it. They even gave my car a complimentary car wash after an oil change! They have a cozy waiting area in their office if you choose to wait for your car instead of taking one of their loaners. They found a few issues with a newly purchased used vehicle that the dealership had lied to me about and went above and beyond to help me. Took pictures,made proper notes and documented everything in a way that I was able to get the vehicle taken back at the dealership! If it wasent for Christian and the service technicians at this location I would be driving something unsafe with two small children in the car. This is the only shop I will be coming to from now on! I had frequented this store for lottery tickets. Normally purchasing around $100 worth of tickets…read moreand reinvesting my prior purchased tickets. Today, with my prior purchased winning tickets, I reinvested for over $110 again. When I got home, it turned out to be $225 in winners. So I rushed back to store to cash in $125 of winnings and reinvest the other $100 back into more tickets. When lady scanned tickets, she kind of whispered something to the other co worker, who said they just cleared registers, and couldn't cash tickets. Said his register was empty, and she only had $200. I said, I just needed $125 back, to which he replied that wouldn't leave any money for anyone else and insisted it is up to retailer to cash in tickets. He clearly said they had the cash to cash in ticket. For the number of times I have been here purchasing hundreds of dollars through the years, to be denied cashing in a winner, when you admitted you had cash to do so, makes no sense. Once or twice in past, cashier mentioned they couldn't cash in tickets, which at those times , was fine, because I was merely purchasing at those times. Needless to say, I won't go back to this gas station. Sounded like they had recent change in ownership or name, but it's same employees that have been on staff for a while.
