As a mother, there is nothing harder than watching your child go through a difficult season in…read moretheir life and wishing you could somehow take away what they are carrying. You want to protect them, help them, and remind them of everything you see in them, even when they may not be able to see those things in themselves. That is what brought me to Elizabeth. My son was going through a challenging time personally, and I knew that he needed someone outside of our family who could connect with him, understand him, and help him work through some things in a way that I simply couldn't do for him as his mom. From the very beginning, there was something about Elizabeth that made me feel comfortable trusting her with my son. She was warm, compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. She didn't make him feel judged or pressured. She created a space where he could feel comfortable being himself, opening up at his own pace, and working through things privately. That meant everything to me. Since he began working with Elizabeth, I have seen changes in him that have given me so much hope. I have watched him begin to see himself differently, become more confident, and slowly start recognizing his own worth and potential again. I know that healing and personal growth don't happen overnight, and everyone's journey is different, but seeing those positive shifts in my son has been incredibly meaningful to me as his mother. Sometimes, as parents, we have to accept that we can't fix everything for our children. We can love them, pray for them, support them, and guide them--but sometimes God places other people in their path who can reach them in ways that we can't. I truly feel that finding Elizabeth came at the right time for us. I am incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, compassion, and genuine care she has shown my son. I trusted Elizabeth with the most precious thing in my life, my child, and seeing his experience with her has given me so much confidence in her that I have decided that I am next. I will be starting my own hypnotherapy sessions with Elizabeth to work on myself, my own healing, personal growth, and the things that I know I have carried throughout my own life. As mothers, we spend so much of our lives taking care of everyone else that sometimes we forget that we deserve to work on ourselves and heal too. I'm actually looking forward to beginning that journey with her. If you're a parent watching your child struggle, or if you're personally going through something and considering hypnotherapy or homeopathy, I would simply say to keep an open mind. You don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help. Every person's journey and experience will be different, but I can say from my heart that I am so grateful we found Elizabeth. She has been a blessing during a time when my son needed additional support, and as his mother, seeing even a little more hope, confidence, and belief in himself is something I will forever be thankful for. And now I'm looking forward to seeing where my own journey with Elizabeth takes me.

I was truly at my wits' end. Childhood-rooted issues had carried over into my adulthood, and a…read morerecent heartbreak left me drowning in self-loathing, depression, and a vicious repetitive cycle. Traditional Western medications and therapy offered some temporary relief, but the moment I walked out of the office, I was right back to square one--nothing seemed to stick. Desperate for something different, I stumbled across the idea of hypnotherapy. Honestly, I had nothing to lose, so I decided to give it a real chance. After an initial phone conversation, I met Elizabeth in person. I'll admit I was still pretty skeptical during that first week--especially as someone who works in a hospital providing direct patient care, where evidence-based approaches are the norm. But I committed to the process. I followed the program diligently, incorporating the holistic medications/supplements and listening to the hypnotherapy recordings twice a day as instructed. Slowly, almost imperceptibly at first, things began to shift. My mentality and self-perception started changing in ways I hadn't thought possible. By the end of the program, I was genuinely not the same person who first walked into Elizabeth's office. I'm so much more outgoing now. I willingly put myself in vulnerable situations with strangers--something social anxiety used to completely paralyze me from doing. I even reenrolled in school, not just for the education, but to be around others and embrace that environment, which previously would have triggered overwhelming anxiety. This experience was worth every single penny. If you're feeling stuck in a painful cycle--whether it's anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or something deeper--I can't recommend Elizabeth and her hypnotherapy approach enough. It truly helped me get unstuck and move forward. What stands out even more is Elizabeth's genuine care. Even after all my sessions were completed, she still reaches out periodically to check in and see how I'm doing. That level of follow-through shows someone who takes real pride in their work and truly cares about their clients' long-term outcomes. Thank you, Elizabeth--you don't know how profoundly you've changed my life. If you're on the fence, just take the leap. It could be the turning point you've been searching for.

Working with Jessica London Laed has profoundly changed my life in ways I could never have imagined…read morewhen I first hired her as my dating coach. With her guidance, I found the man of my dreams, built a beautiful relationship with him, and eventually married him. London did not simply help me find a partner, she helped me become the woman who could recognize, choose, and sustain the kind of love I had always wanted. Before meeting London, I struggled with dating patterns that repeatedly led me toward the wrong people and left me questioning whether a healthy, lasting relationship was even possible for me. London helped me understand what I genuinely needed in a partner, recognize emotional availability, establish stronger boundaries, and stop confusing anxiety or uncertainty with chemistry. She taught me how to date with both an open heart and clear discernment. Because of our work together, I was able to recognize the extraordinary man who would become my husband and create a relationship rooted in mutual love, respect, attraction, and shared values. Years later, after the birth of our second child, I began experiencing significant anxiety and depression. The emotional and physical demands of motherhood affected every part of my life, including my marriage. My husband and I became disconnected, our communication deteriorated, and the affection and romance that had once come so naturally began to disappear. We loved each other deeply, but we were exhausted, overwhelmed, and no longer knew how to reach one another. Once again, London became an invaluable source of support. Although she had originally been my dating coach, she was also able to help us as a highly skilled couples therapist. She supported me in understanding and managing my anxiety and depression, while helping my husband and me recognize how those struggles were affecting our relationship. She never blamed or shamed either of us. Instead, she helped us see that we were not each other's enemy, we were two people caught in a painful cycle who needed new tools to find our way back to one another. One of the most transformative parts of our work involved helping my husband identify and communicate his emotions. He came from a family and culture in which feelings were rarely discussed, emotional vulnerability was unfamiliar, and openly expressing emotions was not typical. This did not mean that he did not care or feel deeply, but he had never learned how to put his internal experience into words. London approached this cultural and family history with tremendous sensitivity and compassion. She never made him feel defective or criticized him for what he had not been taught. Instead, she helped him develop an emotional vocabulary, understand what was happening inside him, and communicate his feelings in a way I could finally hear and understand. At the same time, she helped me express my needs more clearly, without allowing anxiety, frustration, or resentment to take over the conversation. This made a world of difference in our marriage. For the first time, my husband was able to explain what he felt instead of withdrawing, becoming defensive, or shutting down. I learned how to listen without immediately assuming the worst, and we both learned how to communicate with greater honesty, patience, empathy, and emotional safety. London helped us understand that beneath many of our arguments were two people who still loved each other and desperately wanted to feel seen. She also helped us restore the affection, romance, playfulness, and emotional intimacy that had gradually disappeared beneath the responsibilities of parenting and everyday life. Today, my husband and I are happier, closer, and more connected than we have been in years. London has been present for two of the most important chapters of my life. First, she helped me find and build a relationship with the man of my dreams. Then, years later, she helped us protect and strengthen that relationship during one of the most difficult periods of our marriage. She also helped me regain my emotional stability, confidence, and sense of self when anxiety and depression made me feel as though I had lost them. I will always be grateful to London for helping me find my husband and, later, helping us find each other again. She did not just teach me how to date successfully, she taught us how to love each other more consciously, communicate more courageously, and build a marriage capable of growing through life's most challenging seasons. I cannot recommend London highly enough as both a dating coach and couples therapist.

3-2-1 Go! (--see Josh!) Seriously…read more This review is long overdue and more than deserved. I have been working with Josh for close to a year now and have nothing but praise for him as both a coach and mentor -- I have gotten more insights and practical steps to take from him than from any therapists or counselors from the past. If you are feeling stuck, stressed out or overwhelmed (feeling overwhelmed was my ongoing specialty!), Josh has so many tools to offer you to put things in perspective and move past your obstacles. One of the most valuable progress strategies I learned from him is that the first step in any personal quest is CLARITY...hmmm...something most people, including me, subconsciously don't even realize is necessary to upping your game. Not only yours truly, but our now 10-year-old son as well is regularly meeting with Josh, who is EXCELLENT with kids. Our son has been struggling with some personal hardships and also needed a good male role model/mentor. As most parents know, the reaction by kids to yet "another" activity or appointment is often met with groans and whines, but -- true fact -- our son asks us every weekend when he's going to see Josh again because he so looks forward to their time together and gets so much out of each session. Our son's mindset and attitude have greatly improved and he's very proud of the strategies he learns to help him cope with any of his stresses or doubts. As you can see, Josh is the best -- no judgements, only growth. IPAC is highly recommended!

I was stuck in the past and beating myself up for my past mistakes, but along with family, relationships, two jobs, and school I was going out of my mind. I was so up and down not knowing what is right or what is wrong and I was stuck in a unhealthy cycle. I was beyond stressed and frustrated because I knew that I didn't want to think and feel the way that I did about myself and events that have happened in my life. When I met Josh in our very first intro talk I was instantly hooked on his methods and practices. I didn't want a cookie cutter mentor meaning someone who has never been through a real struggle. Josh has been through it all and it was nice knowing that I am not alone in this crazy ass world. It was nice knowing even with every struggle their can be a better option then to just suffer in it. Josh's practices and examples really hit home where I am constantly shaking my head yes from each lesson. I can honestly say I am no longer the girl that first walked through his doors 4 months ago. I have never felt better and proud of myself to go through this journey of self growth. I highly encourage everyone to sign up with Josh he is wise beyond his years, passionate about his craft, never any judgements, easy to talk to, and has so many good stories that will catch you and suck you in. I will forever be grateful for his time and knowledge that he has based on to me.
