This massive mansion was built in 1892 and is 20,000sf with 37 rooms and 12 bathrooms. Incredible! I recommend taking the time to view this amazing property. It's so wonderful that group of women spearheaded to save this mansion. It's a gem.

My understanding is that you have to wrap things up by 11 p.m. so that may be a deal breaker for some hardcore partiers but otherwise this was a great space with plentiful street parking (unless there's a Bucks game going on, then it may be a bit more of a challenge) in the area, too.
