Where to begin... Their shop is insulting and tried to take advantage of my fiancee. On our maintenance checklist they had checked off checked and refilled all fluid levels (specifically asked for wiper fluid). A day later we are hit with slush and try to use our wiper fluid... Empty. We ask them to either patch her tire or replace if needed. They then decided to tell her it was a faulty low pressure light. worst car service in my 67 years.had a problem with my wifes 2011 cx7 . car was idling high banging when shifting gears and would not take gas.top speed was 25. after an hour the service manager shows me a sheet of paper with parts and dollar amounts on it .the total was 1457 dollars for a new pcm board [power train control module] and throttle body and needs new tire [nail in side wall] I told him tire was from Costco and would be pro-rated so forget tire. so I figured I was looking at around 1200 dollars.the next day I called to confirm what the car needed. I asked for a break down of the parts and labor . I was told in a loud and rude tone that I would get this when I paid the bill after the work was complete, and what did I want to know. I said I just wanted the parts and labor break down . the service manager again in a angry tone told me pcm 570 dollars, throttle bode 560 dollars and labor 370 dollars for a total of 1500 dollars. the total price the day before was 1457 with 225 dollars for the tire .this means the price went up 300 dollars over night . because of these red flags I had my car towed to another honest mazda dealer . the new dealer found a couple loose connections and car is running fine. if you want to get robbed then go to ms mazda read more

Stay away from their Service Department! I brought my car in for an oil change and belt replacement, and while it was in their care, they somehow jammed the parking break release button into the handle. I took the car back, expecting them to fix it, but instead they handed me a $300 estimate. One of the guys implied I was dishonest by saying they couldn't be sure it wasn't broke before I arrived. This company is very condescending to women. I felt abused. They don't stand behind their product or want to help you after you buy a car from them. I brought my 2014 cx5 in for service. My drivers side window was rattling. My clear coat was bubbling from bird dropping on a brand new car. They couldn't fix my window. They made me feel like I was imagining the problem. I had to bring it to someone else who was able to fix the window. Two autobody shops told me there was and integrity problem with the clear coat on my new vehicle. I have to go through the Mazda Corp because Maple Shade Mazda won't help. I will never buy a car from them again. read more

Obviously Maple Shade Mazda is under new management, because I was returning after TWO prior brand new purchases for my eldest son for TWO more purchases (at the same time) for my 2 sons. Not only was the financial portion of the transaction wasteful of my time, they were misleading and incorrect in their tactics. I had not only the "Inventory List" in my purse (which they told me was incorrect because the prices were more) but I was also told the "Incentive Programs" that were available to "Returning Mazda customers" and "College Grads, did not apply. Feeling very mis-leaded, we left and went to HAMILTON MAZDA, where the customer service was superb and the finance information both honest and correct. I was shown the inventory list, by Hamilton Mazda, which I already had copy of in my purse, with the SAME valid pricing. After my one son choose the vehicle he wanted it was ironically at MAPLE SHADE MAZDA. Unfortunately Maple Shade Mazda would NOT allow Hamilton Mazda to trade with them and sell the vehicle to us. We had to have a similar vehicle delivered to us from North Jersey. Thru Hamilton Mazda we MADE the purchases at the publicized internet pricing with ALL of the incentives advertised! The same exact deals that Maple Shade Mazda said could not be done! DO NOT EVER TRUST MAPLE SHADE MAZDA! Now 2 months later, someone from Maple Shade called to say they have programs and wanted us to stop by. I called them back because I felt they should know why we would never return again. While explaining the reasoning why, the gentleman was pleasant, AT FIRST, but when I made mention and asked why they would not trade with Hamilton Mazda because that did not make good business sense to me, the arrogance that we experienced within the financial department was again exposed. He began to raise his voice, and say that they don't have to trade with anyone if they don't want to, etc, etc. When I pointed out to him that the switch in his demeanor was in fact the reasoning why we left, and I now feel compelled to put my experience on the internet. He responded, "So now you are threatening us, your threats mean nothing to us", Reinforcing why we would NEVER return there again. I strongly recommend no one else does either. They may seem pleasant when they are showing you the vehicle and talking you into the sale, but if you are not informed (like I was) you will GET RIPPED OFF!!! I went into a few days priority making a deal somewhere. I test drove one and told them I wanted to shop around. They said it was fine and they would hold the deal until later in the week. I thanked them as much as I could for understanding. I go back in a few days later since another manufacturer made an incredible offer. I told them I wanted to drive the mazda again and then I would be able to make up my mind. Both deals seemed very good. Then this "customer relations" manager came over and basically put VERY high pressure on me and I told them I was buying a car that same day and I was very interested in this certain Mazda. He practically argued with my mother and myself. Keep in mind I was buying a car THAT DAY with checkbook in hand. I told him I was still on the fence and that I really appreciated his deal. He went over to see if he could work some new numbers after he rudely told me "I'll get one last offer, take it or leave it." That already was a turn off. He comes back with a slightly better offer, I thank him for it. I loved both the Mazda and this other car so the choice was very difficult since they were same price. THe "customer relations manager" stood up from his chair and very Rudely stated "the deal is good until 6PM, have a nice day" and walked away. So surely enough I go to buy my brand new Honda right after I left here and couldn't be happier. Brian the customer relations manager really botched any shot of me buying a Mazda from here EVER. Due to my work travel I typically purchase new cars ever other year. I had owned a CX9 in the past and really liked the vehicle. In fact, I tried to purchase that car from Maple Shade Mazda. We could not come together on the price, they just would not move form sticker price so I went to Pacifico and got a much better deal. Maple Shade had a real sense of arrogance to them. Now it is time to buy again and I noticed that Mazda was running some really good deals on the CX9. So I decided to go to Maple Shade only because they were so close. While they didn't have the exact vehicle that I wanted in stock I agreed to compromise on one they had. What a weird experience, during the price negotiations the salesman reached over and poorly hand wrote a contract on the back of their offer sheet stating that i "I agree to buy a car if I got my requested price". He said his manager would take me more serious if I signed the offer note. Unfortunately they never listed to how much money I would put down or my monthly payments everything was drastically higher. Need less to say I left with only an offer sheet in hand. The next day I get a call from The Customer Service manager claiming he just wants to find out about my experience. I take the high road an say we just couldn't come together on price. They wanted a $1000 more from me out of pocket as down payment. He says well I think we can work that out let me call you back in 15min. When he calls back she says there was an error in the calculation that they gave me in writing on my offer sheet in the amount of a $1000. This is where it gets good! The error was not in my favor, they would need another $1000 from me just to give me the deal that was offered to me in writing. These guys are a mess!! I really like Mazda vehicles but South Jersey needs another dealership. Stay away from Maple Shade Mazda, there is a reason that no one is ever at the showroom. read more
