I called and asked what the fee was for and at that time I cancelled and gave my 30 day notice and she stated to be out by the 15th of December. No problem. So on December 1st I call to make a payment and got told I never had that conversation because they don't say that and it is in the contract I got, which I never did. I was told they did everything over the phone. To date I still have nothing in writing about it. As I began to disagree with Angela I got hung up on. I DO NOT recommend this place. So I went to my bank statement and called the number on there and got a man named Zach who acted like I had the wrong number but he gave me the A-! Mini Storage number off the top of his head. Not suspicious at all...NOT! I want my 15 days back and my $40. This is in Carthage, MO off Baker Blvd.

Customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone, never return phone calls, emails or…read moretext. Constantly locked out of unit for some reason ir another. They brag about customer service but pretty much none exist. I'm locked out 70% of the time I go. I have to spend 20-30 minutes each time with the secondary lock company to try to get in. That's if they are open. After 9pm or before 7am, forget it. They start begging for payment 10 days before it's due. But lock you out after the 1st of the month and will take your stuff after 15 days per Missouri law. How do I know that, they straight up told me that. The locks are electronic so you have no control over when you can access your unit. If their app messes up or their system messes up, you can't get in. Which, is pretty common, more than 50% of the time. Rent somewhere where you can put your own padlock on the door so you have control of your stuff.
