These guys are amazing!!…read more I needed some handyman work done (I have zero skills in this department) and came across this company on an online search. They advertise as movers but can do lots of other stuff. I got them to hang 2 IKEA lack shelves which have a reputation of being a hassle to put up. They arrived on time, got the shelves up quickly with no mess or disruption and everything went off without a hitch. The 2 men who did the job were super friendly and courteous and even helped me carry a treadmill inside from the garage (too heavy for me) before they left for the day. They reply quickly and have very competitive pricing. I will definitely be using them again when I have another job at home or if I ever need moving services!

Message was delivered Thursday June 18 approx 2pm. Will update when I receive my callback.

I had two storage units at this facility. The climate controlled ones are great. Clean and easy to use and get to. Also had two outdoor units and they were problem-free. After one year of having all my items in the units here, everything came out just as I had placed it in there. Zero issues. All items kept safe n' sound. If I ever need storage again, I will certainly go here! Hope to never need it again though. 5++++ stars!!

My husband showed up on one weekend only to discover that we'd been locked out of our unit before we'd even had a chance to pay our bill. There are plenty of other storage facilities in the neighbourhood with more pleasant service.

I was up front about needing to move on a specific date. We agreed a competitive price. ($890). I…read moreknew it was complicated and that I'd pay by the hour -- so I was expecting it to go up. BUT. The day of the move, they appear without a large truck -- theirs had broken down and they rented one, I guess? Anyway, they said they'd come back the next day and asked for more money. I pushed back a bit on the money. Next day arrives. They phone and tell me to find other movers or pay more. I agree to $1250. They arrive earlier than the condo allows (which I had pointed out several times!) and called me from a coffee shop. Someone's cell drops the call. Cell phones do that, and I was in the lobby. The owner calls back ranting at me. He is screaming and swearing at me for hanging up on him. He tells me to get new movers... So, I agree, quite calmly that I will do so and end the conversation. Next thing I know, building security is telling me that they had arrived and demanded access to my condo to collect their stuff, and they'd tried to force security to let them in. I'd have brought the stuff out to them if they'd bothered to ask... still would in fact, I don't want it. (its like two old moving blankets!) but I now am not sure how safe I feel in my own home. They basically tried to force their way in. Thank GOD my building has good security.
