Ryan Horse We came…read moreby for a trail ride and I have mixed reviews. I told them I know how to ride and they gave me a horse named Ryan, who was really sluggish and required tons of leg work to keep up with the group. It was absolutely exhausting and super frustrating. We came by here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and I did not enjoy it. My husband and was given a different horse named Ranger, and he didn't have to do anything to keep his horse moving. He had a much better experience than me. Another con is they don't let you interact with the horses before the ride or after the ride. I would have liked to be able to pet the horses or pet them and get some close ups with the horses. When you are on the trail ride they take your photo at two spots and this is included with admission cost. However we paid full price and I heard other people say how much they paid and they had used a groupon and paid half as much as us. After the ride, they offered us a promo to come back but I did not take the flyer because I did not want to go back. I feel bad writing this review because I don't want anything bad to happen to any of the horses if their business does badly but I did not have a good time. I don't recommend riding the horse named Ryan. The company also said to not to bring your phones but everyone else brought their phones. I was disappointed I didn't have mine.

Not to mention the trails are stunning and theirs a great variety of horses. It's a great place to ride.

Come on, people! There's a horse out there for YOU -- just be real. It's an empirical question that doesn't require an emotional response.

The worst experience I have ever had somewhere. A friend…read moreand I were staying down in the area for a few days and we googled what to do in the area. This place showed up and we noticed it was only a few minutes up the road so we thought we would just drive down to see if they had anytime to do a trail ride that day. When we arrived this one lady who was lovely (the only nice part of this place) told us to come with her out to the ring, that the lady that does the trail rides was out there doing pony rides and she would tell us if there was any time. When we got out there she told us to have a seat she would grab her, the lady that was I charge of the trail rides proceeds to walk passed us and the other woman shouted those are the girls Flo. She looks us up and down and tells us to come back to the office with her, so we're thinking she has time and we have to sign some paperwork. We get back into the office and there was 5 people in there waiting to go out on their scheduled ride, she tells us to have a seat. Again we're thinking great we're going to get to go out and just has to sign in the pre booked people first. Boy were we wrong. Once she finishes up with them she calls us over, the first thing she asks me is "so I have to ask you a personal question" how much do you weigh?" Then proceeds with "more than 230?" I was completely floored as she asked me this in front of EVERYONE, very loud. I said no I'm no where near that. Then she proceeds to ask us if we are in the area till next week as they are full for trail rides. We said no we are leaving tomorrow. She then tries to tell us we should come back in the fall because the colours are beautiful and goes on and on and on. Also tells us it's cash only and it'll be $94. I would normally never write a review about a place but the unprofessional and fat shaming was too much, all we had to be told from the START was that they didn't have time today, that's all we wanted to know but instead proceeded to make us wait 15 minutes to humiliate me in front of a group of people. I will never return to this place and I want to warn people so they hopefully don't have to go through is experience either.
