It's been a few years since Yelpers have reviewed this provincial park, but I can say, it seems like it's as good as its ever been. Of note, after you turn into the "entrance" of the park, it's still a good 2-3 km drive on narrow dirt/gravel roads before you enter the actual parking area. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the petroglyphs and were very patient/enthused about answering questions about their history and interpretations. The petroglyphs themselves are housed in a nearly 40-year old structure that protects it from degradation from the elements (because acid rain and limestone don't mix) and humans (because in the 70s, people use to picnic and party on them). There are 3 trails in the area, and I'd recommend some good hiking shoes because there are good sections of elevation and rocks. The Nanabush Trail seems to be the "Goldilocks" of the them - not too long, not too short, but just right.

Great little place to stay - small cottage. We chose 14 which included one bunk bed, a double bed,…read moreand a sofa bed. There is even a fridge and freezer! They included pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, dish soap. No air conditioning but they have oscillating fans - luckily our stay wasn't too hot. We found this place on Airbnb but decided to check their website for a better price without as many fees, tuee helped me process the deposit and reserve our cottage a month in advance We bought firewood from their store (only $11), and from a stand nearby, corn and ice cream. We were also able to roast marshmallows and potatoes in a foil, in the fire pit. Loved being able to swim in their pool (was cold though as it's not heated) and the lake, being able to kayak (single or double persons, and try stand up paddle boarding. They said they have eggs and butter but throughout our stay, they didn't have either. People also bring stuff to fish - we didn't try fishing Bring $200 for deposit in cash for easiest return. They have an arts/kids room with dollar tree items (like the standing unicorn), but it's nice to provide an indoor space for kids to play in. They say it's only available to play if you purchase crafts from them. You have to bring your own bedding and towels, or can rent - 4 sets cost $60. We have to throw our own trash and keep the place clean for next guests The cuttings of grass was quite annoying because after we walked to our cottage, all the grass stuck to our feet and legs and into the cottage. They cut grass every day we were there. The broom didn't have a dustpan to get rid of all the cuttings inside the cottage They also have a small discount for return visitors.

The service was very friendly everywhere we went, and the price was very reasonable. The course was in great shape considering the amount of rain that had come down the night before. The greens were the biggest surprise. They were a good size, with lots of undulations that made them very challenging. There were definitely no straight putts! Definitely a place to check out if in the area.

Greens are a real test with lots of undulations and levels for pin placement. The course is fair if you want to play it safe, and tricky if you want to be risky to try and get a red number. Strategically placed trees and hazards need to be considered before you swing away. The range and short game practice areas were large and well taken care of. The Beverage cart service was frequent, and the clubhouse menu choices were vast. I would recommend anyone looking for a golf experience that is better than most give this place a try. She was literally rolling her eyes at a customer that was on the phone for asking questions, speaking very rudely and did not answer their questions. Stated she would answer their questions when they arrive and abruptly hung up. Did not greet me and just said " how many". After paying for my tickets I asked a simple question regarding the mini golf as it was our first time. She answered very shortly with an attitude as if I'm dumb for even asking. If I were management I would take her off front desk and have her clean the croc feces. Never returning due to this horrible experience.

Not just a nick, or a cut, a literal chunk. As you can see in the photos, the nails were obviously cut sickeningly short. This was her second ever groom and she has been terrified of getting groomed since. She is the sweetest dog ever and that experience permanently scarred her.
