Yelena is extremely professional, experienced, honest, and accommodating. Before working from home, she worked as a seamstress for a well-known bridal shop for about 5 years. This was evident as she was very knowledgeable during the entire process and did an AMAZING job on my dress. I had a big ball gown (horse hair style) which required alterations to the chest area, taking in the bodice, adding a bustle, and hemming it. It required a lot of work and everything was altered really nicely. Any additional requests I had, Yelena was more than happy to accommodate it until I was completely happy with the dress. She ended making my veil as well! Her prices are also VERY reasonable and affordable compared to what other bridal shops try to charge you. I felt timid about requesting more colors and they insisted it was no problem fetching them. You leave the project to be fired in the kiln and pick it up (fairly quickly) after.
