Unfortunately the customer had not updated his insurance information, had not checked to see if he had any prescriptions left that had refills left, and some other issues that needed to be taken care of. The pharmacy assistant was at a total loss. She had to keep asking the other assistant what to do, so in essence it was a very long wait. There was one assistant at the window who was just staring out the window with nothing to do. I saw what I was up against, and politely asked the window assistant could she help check me out since it was a simple pick up. I also explained my son was waiting for me in the car. If you're elderly and don't drive like myself getting help is tough. Her response was she had to take care of something else first. There were no cars in the drive thru. She was just standing there. Finally after struggling with the customer ahead of me, the pharmacy assistant doesn't greet me, rolls her eyes at me, and I guess annoyed because I had the audacity to ask for assistance from the window assistant. She rang up my prescription, never asked for my verification of my address, just said to put in my phone number, never said have a nice day nothing. I got my prescription and left. I decided to report this incident to the manager of the store over the phone. It was a disaster. He tried to basically tell me I must have been at the wrong store. He didn't take anything I said to heart. He's only been the manager for a couple of weeks, and didn't even know the address to the store. He was trying to gaslight a customer, who has been going to this location for years. You can do way better at another location.

Couple things I wanted to spotlight about this RaceTrac: 1) their ice and 2) their coffee area…read more First off, my wife is an "ice fanatic"-don't ask cause I don't get it either. However for all those other ice fanatics out there, this is better than Chik-til-A AND Sonic, so you really need to check it out. Next is their coffee area. No more trying to figure out how many of those small individual creamers, they carry the large creamers so you pick and pour until you think it's enough-easy peasy! No more squirt/pump bottles where it takes an hour to get the appropriate amount of creamer. Cups are large as well so no more of those stupid small black so-called coffee cups. This store managed to completely sway my gas station loyalty from Speedway...and that's saying something. Very very well done RaceTrac!

In and out of this location during rush hours is very difficult due to the volume of traffic on Trenton or Needmore especially aforementioned directions. Price of gas is not the greatest compared to the other locations within two-mile radius. You can find better price elsewhere on Trenton further north towards Exit 1 (Trenton and Tiny Town area). As a convenient store, again it's fair to good range for the variety of things available at this store. It's not bad, but it's not that great. Overall, it's not a bad place if you absolutely need to get some gas or some cold drinks and such. If you are in a hurry, though, I'd rather go somewhere else to accomplish what I need to do.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Store!…read more This place is great! Ever since they built it, it has been easier to get everything without having to make a trip to Walmart. But if you are looking for value, I would give the Dollar General down the street a visit. The various items sold here consist of dog products, toiletries, boiled peanuts, baked goods, Icees, sodas, friend chicken, and Hunt Brothers Pizza. Not to mention that this place has a great restroom. Overall, if you are traveling or just live nearby, I highly recommend that you give this place a visit.

This now, Circle K store, has extremely poor customer service. On average they run out of coffee 5…read moredays a week and make no effort to brew more. This store is convenient to my husbands daily travels for work, but after countless times of walking in to find workers on the phone, outside smoking, eating behind the counter or just to engrossed in their personal conversations with each other to notice a customer is there and that the coffee is empty, I think its time to find another pit stop. Even when he has reported this to the main office , even when asking them to make coffee, they just cant handle the task. Today after going in and finding no coffee, he asked them to make more. The guy replied with, "I just made some". So my husband left, made his delivery and came back, only to find there was still no coffee. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! Circle K, you need to retrain employees so they understand they are at work, and that actually requires work. And you may want to teach them a little bit about friendly customer service. Everything was fine before the most recent change over in ownership. Its just ridiculous.
