Just moved back to Clarksville and got a Sam's club membership. The best thing is that I got it…read morefor free! You go online and fill out an application and pay the $45 fee. Then show the customer service gal your number and she will give you a membership card. The next time you go in and make a purchase $45 will be deducted from your bill. She told me, "No, the to-go boxes are at the end of the counter." I asked, "When people order things to go, you just put it on a plate? You don't put it in a to-go box?" Her response was, "No, because normally people know how to do it." That response was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I was simply asking a question as a customer. There was no reason for the sarcastic and dismissive attitude. Employees working in customer-facing positions, especially at the café counter, represent the company. Customers should be able to ask a simple question without being spoken to in a condescending manner. I hope management addresses this situation and reinforces the importance of professionalism and respectful customer service.
