The wrong pump was programmed for the gas I pre paid for and instead of the cashier programming the right pump she proceeded to tell me that it's my fault and she doesn't have to give me any gas or my money back. Some person who I doubt was a manger proceeded to argue while pointing her finger like a disheveled addict (she didn't apologize for the other employee) but she wanted to argue. And finally when she realize that I was not going anywhere until they give me the gas I paid for she reluctantly programmed the pump. I can't beleive they are allowed to work there both of them don't have any business dealing with the public...their attitudes match their appearance I will not be back.

So I called them explain to them what was going on I'm getting a call from the manager was the worst thing I've ever experience from a professional company and you told me that my car was already shaking in bad shape when I brought it there the only thing that says on my paperwork is that the check engine light is on and that was it and never said any shaking a rattling or anything was wrong with my car I explain to him that I need them to reverse what they did and make my car work again because it was fine only having a check engine light on but Michael the manager refused to even look at it to help my son that had brought the car back he brushed brushed them off and just told him that they're not licensed to do that type of work. Looking confused and frustrated by what was going on a gentleman named David came to help my son he looked under hood to only fine that the air filter was loose now I believe they change the filters when they do a oil change this filter was loose he tighten it up car worked perfectly fine no shaking involved. Michael Has to be the worst manager I ever encountered you don't have to take responsibility but at least look at my car and don't give me a lie saying that my car was already messed up when you know for a fact that it was not messed up because it would've said that there was shaking on this paper and it does not say that it was shaky it does say about the check engine light which I knew about but it does not say that the car was shaking if it was shaking like that I do believe that a responsible and professional mechanic would have let it be known and put it on the paperwork this was not on the paperwork he made up a lie to try and cover the fact that he didn't want to look at my car and see what was going on with it I just want to thank David!! Never going back because I was Calling to thank David and they refuse to answer my call Ignored me calling for 15 minutes straight I called so long that a whole different department started to answer the phone and send me back to automotive finally Diane answer the phone and then she put me on hold forever. I feel very disappointment by the treatment I received at this business today. I purchased gas &…read morethe pump notified me that the clerk had my receipt. I went in to get my receipt & to purchase lottery tickets since I had to go in anyway. I stood in line. When it was my turn to go up to the clerk, a woman (I assume was the manager) told me to go to the other clerk & started talking to the employee about some business. While I waited in line for the clerk she told me to go to, a white man who came in the store after me, walked up to the clerk I was told couldn't help me and was served immediately. This was less than a minute after I was told to move to the other clerk who was still servicing another customer. The manager & clerk looked at me right away, so I asked why I couldn't be served. The manager apologized & gave me my receipt, but the damage was done. I changed my mind on doing any other business with them. I don't know if this is a habit on how they treat customer's of color, but I will NOT be going to tjis place of business ever again. I have to give this a rating, because Yelp won't allow me to proceed without one. It deserves a zero.

I'm not a name brand snob and love that you can't tell a difference between store brand and name brand. I LOVE their CarbMaster yogurt. I have the Kroger Plus Card and LOVE that there is a gas station on the premises. I bought gas for $1.99 as I had $.10 off- nice! They have a nice floral department, they don't sell wine which is a bummer, and Redbox is located outside.

This isn't my normal type of review. But I've finally had it with this store. We've been coming…read moreto this Kroger since 2006. It's this area's "best" option, but that isn't going to cut it anymore. Many of the regular full time employees have gone. There are still a couple, but most have moved on. That's the reason we kept patronizing this store in the first place. They also used to have a lot of options and fresh items. This is true less and less often now. And I gave some leeway because of COVID, but Publix has fresh items and plenty of new and interesting things in stock. So why not Kroger, one of the largest grocers in the country? First they got rid of over half the checkout lanes and replaced them with self checkout. Ok, fine. Then they had a scan, bag, and go program where you could scan your groceries as you shopped, then just do a fast checkout at the end. That was quite convenient, but then they stopped doing that. Back to the dysfunctional self checkout. Which is often understaffed, so many times only half the kiosks are open anyway. I use my own bags. The self checkout stations make it extremely difficult to use your own bags, so I generally leave my bags in the cart and then just bag my groceries by using the "skip bagging" feature. Now the software has been updated and is absolutely atrocious. Skip bagging on a few items? Not only does it take forever between items to "skip bagging," but after a few items, it flags an attendant, grinding your checkout to a halt. And the same thing happens if you are purchasing more than a few items, even if you bag them in Kroger's bags on their bag stand. I get loss prevention, but this isn't going to help. And if you're that worried about it, maybe you should've kept more human cashier lanes. The carts are always rickety with broken wheels. Publix is 30 minutes away, but they have fresh, fun, interesting products, smooth riding carts, and many kind, efficient human cashiers.

Their restroom has impressive maneuver space and privacy, is very clean, and exceeds ADA requirements! Space between racks is enough to comfortably and safely shop for disabled customers or those who just like some elbow room, all the while having a huge selection of options. Employees are kind and organized, and the fuel prices are also great! Being closer to the interstate makes it even better, for anyone who is passing this location. Accessible parking is setup great, and they have automatic doors on the side, but one that isn't on the side nearest the pumps but it isn't heavy and the threshold is well maintained for easy entry for disabled and wheelchair dependent customers like myself. I will go out of my way to use this store from now on, and am thankful to find an establishment with accessibility on this level.
