Yep. Monster burgers? Absolutely. Fried everything? You bet. The menu is honestly fantastic. Unfortunately, the execution felt like everyone sampled the product before clocking in. Walked in on a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was emptier than my fridge after a teenage sleepover. Ordered immediately and wandered over to the soda machine. No ice. That's a bold strategy for a restaurant whose entire vibe is "we know you're thirsty." Then the wait began. They said 10 to 15 minutes. They delivered on that promise with the dedication of NASA launching a rover to Mars. Fifteen minutes in an empty restaurant is impressive. Even the DoorDash drivers had that look of, "Bro... I could've grown the potatoes by now." Food finally landed. The burger was actually pretty decent. Fried pickles were solid. The breaded fries wanted to be great, but some were cold and the fryer oil tasted like it had seen every presidential administration this decade. The staff wasn't rude. They also weren't awake enough to be considered enthusiastic. The whole restaurant had the energy of a group project where everyone assumed someone else was doing the work. That's really the story here. Death by a thousand little details. No ice. Slow food. Cold fries. Worn-out fryer oil. Dark dining room. Zero hospitality. Nobody seemed to notice, and that was the biggest disappointment of all. Fat Shack absolutely understands stoner food. What it doesn't understand is that eventually the munchies wear off... and people start noticing the service. I'd probably order it again... through DoorDash... and hope they remember the ice.

The email I sent to Chipotle after my experience should explain the 1 star…read more I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life at your restaurant in Clarksville, TN. I ordered a SALAD and received a bowl without any lettuce in it! As if that alone wasn't frustrating enough, I found that it was nearly impossible to receive any customer service regarding the mistake. I tried calling the restaurant and found it's impossible to speak to an actual person. So I tried contacting support on the website and also found that I cannot actually chat to anyone or provide feedback because I ordered the food on DoorDash. I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted to provide feedback and have the problem fixed. At this point I decided to drive to the Chipotle location that made the order to see if I might be able to get some lettuce. At the location the manager on duty told me that he could not do anything with "that mess" because it was ordered on DoorDash. I also had pointed out to him that the item details printed on the lid stated specifically that lettuce was included in the salad. He told me that "he could read". Not once during the exchange was I apologized to for the mistake or offered any kind of solution. According to the manager the fact that I had ordered the food on DoorDash meant that I was completely out of luck and would not be getting the lettuce for my salad, or any kind of apology. It shouldn't be necessary but I'd like to point out that DoorDash doesn't make the food. Chipotle does. It was not the mistake of the delivery service, it was the mistake of the restaurant and accordingly I will continue to use DoorDash, who does have great customer service but I can guarantee I will not be eating at or ordering from Chipotle again. I have noticed that the quality of the meat has been declining and overall Chipotle is just not near as good as it used to be, but I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed this time, not by the quality of the food but by the lack of customer service and complete disregard of my customer experience simply due to how the food was ordered. If Chipotle doesn't want to treat DoorDash customers the same as they treat customer's who eat in the restaurant then it seems to me that maybe they should not contract with DoorDash at all. I am very disappointed with Chipotle and will no longer be a customer. I wanted to share my experience though because it should matter to the bottom line and the people in charge that customers who use DoorDash ARE STILL Chipotle CUSTOMERS. And if the experience they have is this awful then they will be losing customers as quickly as they are losing quality. Sincerely a dissatisfied former customer.

They've been open a few months now and yeesh, it's only gotten worse. The food is never fresh. Chips are stale and nearly rancid from old grease. The portion sizes are laughable. They have gotten our order wrong every time when we order for pick up, don't put all the kids items in their meal like the rice or the beans, we've never gotten the chips that come with their meals, and service is less than ideal. It's such a shame because we love Chipotle but this one is a huge miss.

Tragically, I have to say this place is just a knock off of my beloved Cali Mexican shop. I've had the Breakfast burrito, 10.00 is wild especially when the burrito has excess tortilla double wrapped. That means the burrito was only filled like 75%. When you order carne asada fries in California, the box is filled to the top with cotija and Mexican cheese, here it's only 75% with the tiniest pieces of flavorless carne asada. The fries to carne asada ratio... big thick fries (filler) tiny carna asada meat. Rip off! Carne Asada burrito comes with no queso or crema but the fries do? Errrmmmm ok. Do not get me started on the most pathetic beef "crunchy" taco. In San Diego, they wouldn't dare give you a pre-cut shell; like the grocery store tacos in a box. In Cali they deep fry a fresh corn tortilla to make a crunchy taco and sometimes the whole taco with meat then they put the toppings after. Shame on the people from Cali repping this place . Tbh, you can really only eat a REAL CALIFORNIA BURRITO or in San Diego where it originated. There is so much competition and high expectation there that a place like this could never survive. I donated a star for ambiance.

There wasn't even any warmth to his burger when he took a bite out of it. All of our sodas were FLAT! no carbonation whatsoever. My daughter ordered a lemonade. She then told me to try it. I took a sip. TERRIBLE!! literally tasted like tap water with lemon juice. Just horrible. And disappointing. I don't know what happened to this place. But they really need to fix it. It's so sad that a place that we liked so much has gone down hill so terribly. Service was subpar and restaurant was clean. But their food is awful!

Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.
