However for all those other ice fanatics out there, this is better than Chik-til-A AND Sonic, so you really need to check it out. Next is their coffee area. No more trying to figure out how many of those small individual creamers, they carry the large creamers so you pick and pour until you think it's enough-easy peasy! No more squirt/pump bottles where it takes an hour to get the appropriate amount of creamer. Cups are large as well so no more of those stupid small black so-called coffee cups. This store managed to completely sway my gas station loyalty from Speedway...and that's saying something. Very very well done RaceTrac!

Space between racks is enough to comfortably and safely shop for disabled customers or those who just like some elbow room, all the while having a huge selection of options. Employees are kind and organized, and the fuel prices are also great! Being closer to the interstate makes it even better, for anyone who is passing this location. Accessible parking is setup great, and they have automatic doors on the side, but one that isn't on the side nearest the pumps but it isn't heavy and the threshold is well maintained for easy entry for disabled and wheelchair dependent customers like myself. I will go out of my way to use this store from now on, and am thankful to find an establishment with accessibility on this level.

During my visit, I noticed that the women's restroom was blocked off for maintenance, while the men's restroom was not marked as closed. As I attempted to use the men's restroom, an employee informed me that it was closed, despite another customer already using it at that moment. When I politely requested to quickly use the restroom, the employee responded in a hostile and unprofessional manner, cussing and yelling at me in front of other customers and staff. This behavior is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on your company and the Shell brand as a whole. I strongly urge you to address this matter seriously and consider the removal of this employee to ensure that no other customer is subjected to such treatment in the future. It looks like others have been treated the same way by her in the comments below. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

I tried calling the attendant by pressing their call button. No answer. The only reason I gave it two stars was for location and the news I watched while I painstakingly waited to partially fill my tank. I calculated it was much less than a gallon per minute.

Then show the customer service gal your number and she will give you a membership card. The next time you go in and make a purchase $45 will be deducted from your bill. Now that's what I call a good deal. This location has everything you could possibly need grocery wise. I wish they had a few more healthy items. I did find almond flour, avocado and coconut oil so that's a start. I also picked up a rotisserie chicken for under $5. It was juicy and cooked through, very tasty. On my way out I ordered a berry sundae. That was the highlight of my shopping trip. Hahaha Good to be back.

A week later (Saturday) I get a notification that someone in Florida was on my Sam Club online account and tried to order a gaming computer worth 999.00 to my capital one card. Today(Sunday) I went there to inform them of what has happened and what to do about my card . The manger was helpful .but informed me this has been happening alot in the recent months. I have canceled all my credit cards and having them replaced . I have Changed my passwords and email passwords. This is very much a inconvenient to the customer's who have to spend their time on the phonetic dispute it . Cancel and reset everything . They have no real proof this will not happen again . I called Sam's club number the manger gave me to remove my credit card ( which is no good anymore) that is on file thru their app. I was told I could not remove the card until I put another card on file .
