This burger joint is in a spot on the corner of Fort Campbell Blvd in Oak Grove, KY and Polk Road (which leads to a gate onto the Fort Campbell Army post). It smells amazing inside. The fries are so crispy and have an awesome bite of flavor. I do not know what makes it so delicious, but they are better than any fast food chain's fries. I'm so excited to try this burger! My mouth is watering. Haha He has a limited kid's menu, but I think any kid can eat anything on the menu. The wings were sold out for today, so I will be back! More pix to follow. Stopping here for supper, first there were the dark bathrooms that wouldn't light. Along with that electrical issue, an ear-splitting and head jarring smoke or other alarm went off every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Order taking was interrupted often when the counter employee shifted to incoming phone calls. That employee didn't know pulled chicken portion sizes in ounces and approximated with his hands. All of this created a dubious dining experience before we even finished ordering! This spot offers a variety of chicken recipes: roasted, BBQ, Caribbean, pulled, fried, and more. Sides includes Southern standards like mac and cheese, yellow rice, greens, coleslaw, and others. The pulled (shredded) chicken was overly seasoned with black pepper. Roasted chicken was a bit dry. The BBQ chicken laden with sweet sauce was the best of the chicken choices. Creamy coleslaw was 'meh' and lacked flavor. Rice, too, was just okay. Northern beans were nicely seasoned and well cooked. Pita triangles seemed an odd accompaniment since no sauce or dip was provided and they were too small to make sandwiches. Overall, the restaurant seemed understaffed, which could account for the messy tables and dirty floor.

The email I sent to Chipotle after my experience should explain the 1 star…read more I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life at your restaurant in Clarksville, TN. I ordered a SALAD and received a bowl without any lettuce in it! As if that alone wasn't frustrating enough, I found that it was nearly impossible to receive any customer service regarding the mistake. I tried calling the restaurant and found it's impossible to speak to an actual person. So I tried contacting support on the website and also found that I cannot actually chat to anyone or provide feedback because I ordered the food on DoorDash. I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted to provide feedback and have the problem fixed. At this point I decided to drive to the Chipotle location that made the order to see if I might be able to get some lettuce. At the location the manager on duty told me that he could not do anything with "that mess" because it was ordered on DoorDash. I also had pointed out to him that the item details printed on the lid stated specifically that lettuce was included in the salad. He told me that "he could read". Not once during the exchange was I apologized to for the mistake or offered any kind of solution. According to the manager the fact that I had ordered the food on DoorDash meant that I was completely out of luck and would not be getting the lettuce for my salad, or any kind of apology. It shouldn't be necessary but I'd like to point out that DoorDash doesn't make the food. Chipotle does. It was not the mistake of the delivery service, it was the mistake of the restaurant and accordingly I will continue to use DoorDash, who does have great customer service but I can guarantee I will not be eating at or ordering from Chipotle again. I have noticed that the quality of the meat has been declining and overall Chipotle is just not near as good as it used to be, but I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed this time, not by the quality of the food but by the lack of customer service and complete disregard of my customer experience simply due to how the food was ordered. If Chipotle doesn't want to treat DoorDash customers the same as they treat customer's who eat in the restaurant then it seems to me that maybe they should not contract with DoorDash at all. I am very disappointed with Chipotle and will no longer be a customer. I wanted to share my experience though because it should matter to the bottom line and the people in charge that customers who use DoorDash ARE STILL Chipotle CUSTOMERS. And if the experience they have is this awful then they will be losing customers as quickly as they are losing quality. Sincerely a dissatisfied former customer.

3 Stars I am a…read morelongtime fan of Culver's and especially enjoy the frozen custard. I frequently visit the Murray, Kentucky location and have consistently had great experiences there. Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.

It's so thick your spoon might file for workers' comp. Worth it every single time. Cheese curds? Look, they aren't usually my thing. But Culver's pulls it off. Golden, squeaky little bites of Wisconsin pride. If you're in the mood for fried dairy therapy, this is the place. The burgers? Butter burger smash. I don't even like smash burgers, but these guys nailed it. Juicy, melty, and somehow both sinful and wholesome at the same time. It's burger sorcery. The staff? Always pleasant, lightning fast, and efficient. The takeout game is smooth as butter too. Order it, pick it up, boom, you're on your way. Perfect for car dining when you promise yourself you'll "just have one fry" and then suddenly the bag is empty. Listen, if you're trying to watch your waistline, Culver's is not your spirit animal. But if you're watching your happiness meter, this is the cheat code. Do yourself a favor and go. At least once. Maybe twice. Probably three times.

The place has a casual, welcoming vibe -- clean, well‐lit, with a layout that works for both dine‐in and takeout. What I liked: 1. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful without being overly greasy. We got the Golden Original and Soy Garlic. The Golden Original has a kick to it but nice flavor. The Soy Garlic was a bit garlicky you can taste the powdered garlic. Nice balance of sweet, savory and salty. 2. The sides were fresh and well‐seasoned -- the pickled radish had a nice balance of tang and sweetness. 3. Staff were friendly and he was on his phone most of the time wasn't attentive at all. What could improve- the staff at the counter. There was a guy waiting on his food his food came out and was ready but the staff just stood there on his phone and didn't check. Good thing the guy was cool and didn't complain. Final thoughts If you're in the area and craving good fried chicken with a laid‐back feel, this is a solid pick. It may not be perfect, but it delivers. I'd go back -- and next time I'll try one of the spicier options.
