It was super busy that day and as we were going through, our truck came to a complete stop. We could feel the rollers going under the wheels then thought the man at the front maybe had stopped it. We started going again, but it was really rough until we got about halfway through then everything evened out. As we pulled out of the car wash, we stopped up ahead and got out to look at the truck. It had caved in the driver's side over the rear wheel well. We went right back, filled out a claim form, took pictures. Travis called my husband and claimed the machines couldn't do that, but was told he could check the cameras, the way we came in would show no damage before. He sent us to a certain body shop for an estimate. The estimate was a little over $1,000 and the body shop sent it to Travis. A few days later when Travis hadn't contacted us, husband called & Travis said he wasn't at work, but would call him back. He called back the next day and said the machines didn't do it and he couldn't pay to fix the truck, but he offered $200.00 towards the repair. We've contacted our insurance company who said the best thing we could have done would be to get a police report completed as soon as it happened. Lesson learned.

Accessible parking is setup great, and they have automatic doors on the side, but one that isn't on the side nearest the pumps but it isn't heavy and the threshold is well maintained for easy entry for disabled and wheelchair dependent customers like myself.
