Today's review is from the perspective of pharmacy services. I was here for immunizations that I…read moreneed to stay working. The appointment process is fantastic--all online and simple. Arriving ten minutes before my appointment there was a loooong line at the pharmacy. The special garage door for COVID Vaccines was closed with signage indicating ask at the pharmacy desk for FREE take home tests. No thanks. I waited in the line behind six others who were there for a variety of things, most picking up prescriptions. Fifteen minutes later I made it to the front. There was a bit of confusion as to whether I needed additional paperwork (I competed it in the app). I was sent to have a seat and wait. Seven seats and they were all taken, so I stood. I have no problem with standing--I'm merely pointing out that they were oversubscribed. I was called back up and given...paperwork. Why would I spend time in the online system to "expedite" my visit..,only ti do it manually at the pharmacy? Furthermore, why would I fill out the same Vaccine Administration Record questionnaire for each shot? Then there was an employee shift change. Evidentially the app allowed me and some others to schedule at this awkward time. I waited for a full hour after my appointment. Each time there was an immunization the person administering it would lock up and disappear for a cigg break or something for 10 minutes. Must be unionized. I would have left, but they had my immunization record and I don't feel like recreating that. This place stinks to get in and out of, and frankly I avoid it because of that. I wouldn't be here tonight if they had not offered me an appointment. Bottom line--save yourself the frustration and an evening. Go to Walmart for your vaccines. Most certainly avoid this Walgreens.

Talk about customer service, the technician was having some problems getting my migraine medication to transfer, as soon as the pharmacist was free, she called him over and told me what was the issue. Insurance refusing to pay for it, my neurologist has to send documentation, blah blah blah. The pharmacist assured me, he already sent the paperwork to my neurologist and didn't have to worry about transferring my meds, just send the request and they would have it ready for me. Glad I chose this location!

I had an interesting experience with this Walgreens. Bottom line up front--The store is in a great…read morelocation--easy to get in and out of. They have a respectable inventory of what you would expect. Their staff is friendly when you do get to the checkout, but this store has some fundamental issues: severely understaffed and as a result somewhat unorganized inventory, and uncertain process/awkwardness abound. I was originally scheduled for my flu shot in tonight's visit, but had to help someone with a flat tire as I was on my way, and would have been late by 20 minutes. I rescheduled using the Walgreens App for another day...there was no option for running "a little late." I went to the store anyway--thinking I would apologize and try to get the flu shot they had reserved for me anyway. After all it was 7pm on a Monday night. I had a prescription to debate filling as well...so the trip made sense. When I arrived, the parking lot was a bit crowded. There were three people on the pharmacy drive-through. I walked in to see three people in line at the photo area...when only that resister is open it is usually a signal for scaled down staffing operations. As I made my way to the pharmacy area I was greeting only by a line of no less than eleven frustrated looking folks down the product aisle. As I was processing all of this, I decided not to approach them for a flu shot. In fact, it was so awkward that I was glad I had missed the original appointment. I took a look at the prescription--OTC vitamins for my son. I had really wanted to weigh out the formal prescription cost vs just buying them. With the prescription I know I can use my flexible spending plan...but with that line NO THANKS! I tried to navigate the store to find the vitamins, but again it was awkward because of the line. I finally found what I needed, stood in line at the photo counter, and was out of this place. 2.5 stars from me, rounded to 2 because I just can't round up to 3 for a place where the customer feels uncomfortable being there.

I needed to get some water along with a few other items. This location wasn't too far from where I…read morewas staying , so I made a quick stop here. This was your average Walgreen. I did notice how friendly and the willingness to help spirit of one employees in particular. This was refreshing to experience. The water I love just happened to be available and on sale for 10.99 . I was able to locate the other items I was also in need of pretty easily. The young man cashier was also friendly/polite. My only regret is not buying a key lime pie KitKat for .15.... What was I thinking?!

Walgreen should be ashamed of themselves for employing Jontia. ZERO customer service, attitude,…read morerude, and being put out that she has to help actual customers in the photo department instead of stocking the shelves. The nice gentlemen in the front was very busy checking out customers and asked her nicely to help with photo. The other family in front of me got this attitude first and then me. This should absolutely not be tolerated. If you can't work at a customer service job find another job. I will NOT be returning to this Walgreens and will drive out of my way for employees that are friendly and helpful.

The store, however, is fairly well stocked - there were a few sale items that I came in for that were not available but I still managed to get most things on my list. The issue was that I didn't receive the register rewards that I earned. I was already in the car when I looked at my receipt. I was missing $16. I went back into the store but the clerk had no idea how to resolve the issue. Even though it was their mistake, the onus was on me to show each offer and each item that I purchased that fulfilled the offer. I did finally receive my rewards but I wonder how many other people get home and realize the store's mistake - I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. Just avoid my frustration, check your receipt before leaving the store. Or, do what I'm going to do, shop somewhere else.

I had a prescription at another local pharmacy, but they didn't have it in stock. I called every…read morepharmacy I could think of. My twelfth phone call was to these guys, and it was in stock. That's was great, but wait there's more! After confirming it in stock, I told the pharmacist that I had to call my pharmacy and transfer it to sure save. He said "I can take care of that for you so you don't have to worry about it." So here's the thing. He didn't have to do that. He took it the extra step and completely exceeded my expectations. Given the fact that I'm in a lot of pain from my ER visit last night, I really REALLY appreciated that.
