Since the office was moved the lady took fifteen minutes to get her printer hooked to the network and somehow printed my document and notarized it which was above and beyond for me. 15 dollars for notary is ok. I had to speak to 4 different people today to get the cancellation complete and 3 of the 4 were not US based.
