BEWARE! I was hungry and ordered takeout for early evening. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, 2 egg rolls, Crab ragoons, Fried Rice and then added egg drop soup. When I got my order the delivery person left and I opened my food and it was completely wrong entre. It was regular chunk of chicken in a grey color rice. It smelled like fish. I immediately called the restaurant and the guy who took my order said I had ordered sweet and sour chicken. I clearly told him that I had ordered Kung Pao Chicken. He said that I did not order Kung Pao Chicken. I told him I ordered Fried rice and that I got white rice. He then told me that there was nothing he could do. Then I heard a lady's voice in the background and the guy told me to talk to the manager. A Chinese sounding lady got on the phone and told me that I had ordered chicken and white rice. She continued to act confused and finally I said I ordered Kung Pao chicken and Fried Rice. She said okay, You want Kung Pao Chicken and Fried Rice. She then told me to take the Chicken from the wrong order and put soy sauce on it and it would taste like Kung Pao chicken. I told her I wanted plain fried rice and she said they don't make that unless it had chicken in it and that is what they sent over. She said okay, we will send your order right over. So I put the other food aside and back in the bag. I got phone call and then was waiting for my food to arrive. One hour went by and I called back and asked where the food was. She said that the manager was not sending out another order and that I had ordered the wrong stuff. I asked to talk to the manager and she said he just left. I asked for a refund and she told me the charges had already gone through. I found it poor business practice to tell the customer the corrected order was on its way and then just don't show up. I spent 40 dollars including tip on the experience and I am just one person. My food was cold and I did not like the smell of the chicken and rice. The breaded chicken they sent over I had to spit out as it was spongy and cold. It tasted like squirrel and did not resemble chicken. After telling a friend about the horrible experience he told me to write a review. When I read some of the reviews, several people mentioned the rude lady. She must be the owner or the owner's wife if she is getting away with this poor treatment of customers. Also one man had a very similar experience in which he was accused of ordering the wrong thing on the menu. Then like me, the phone was passed over to a Chinese lady who pretended to not understand. The Chinese even told me that they did not even make Kung Pao Chicken. I said it was on your menu and she said that I was reading an old menu. If they know that they don't serve Kung Pao, why did they take my order and why is it still on their menu that is posted on the internet website. I threw away the 40 dollars of food after reading that a dead mouse was in the front of the store and that there was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands. Also I read that the floor was unclean and sticky. I told the Chinese lady that I was going to put my story on the internet. She did not seem to care and I was out my 40 dollars and still hungry. I would never order from them again because of my experience and the experience of others. read more

The bartender is very friendly the food is good it's close to home they have two happy hour there mushroom soup is fantastic

Absolutely delicious! My family of 6 has been getting dine in and delivery from here 2-3 times a month for the last eight years, and they have never once screwed up a thing. Cheap, fast, and EVERYTHING is delicious, though I specifically recommend the pork fried rice, egg rolls, and bbq boneless spare ribs 5/5! read more

We have ordered from man Yee dozens of times. Sometimes it's a little wrong, like its spicy when I ask for not spicy. Tonight, it was 45 minutes before I called to see where it was.. On his way, good. We get it, it's cold, wrong and very spicy. When I called to tell him, he had no remedy other than they could pick it up and remake it. We've already waited 45 minutes. No, I say, I guess we're done ordering from you. Don't order after 8 on a Friday night I guess. read more

The food is ok- not great, but okay. My family tends to do takeout. The issue that I have is that sometimes the people answering the phone can't understand you (and there is no hope of understanding them). More often than not, I don't get what I ordered. This happened so frequently that we now just go elsewhere for takeout. I live close to this restaurant and would love to use them as my "go to" place, but it's just too frustrating that things are never quite right with the orders- after you shell out $30-40, it's nice to get what you ordered. read more

I like the eggrolls here, the chicken w/mixed vegtables, and the pork fried rice. Everything else I've tried just wasn't worth getting twice. No problems with service or price, just very little that I care for. I find myself at Sunshine Oriental instead most of the time. read more

They renovated the entire place and it it beautiful! The food is amazing. We tried both the Chinese and the new Japanese food and were very impressed. The sushi was very fresh which is the sign of great Japanese cuisine! Also the bar with TVs to watch sports is a plus. I recommend going to this place. You will love it! read more

I ordered 2 General Tso luncheon specials for delivery from a gentleman and when I opened the bag that isn't what I received. I called to tell them about the mistake and a woman answered (That didn't take my Original order) called me a liar and refused to send me what I ordered. I tried explaining to her again and she told me if I wanted General Tso I would be charged for 2 new specials. All I wanted is what I ordered and she hung up on me when I called back she hung up on me 4 additional times without saying a word. I drove to Man Yee to try and get a refund and they still wouldn't help me. Several of my colleague's and I order take out from Man Yee a couple times a week after seeing the place I wouldn't even feed their food to my dog. It's in a run down building and very dark and dingy inside. At this point after seeing the place I fell lucky that I didn't eat any more food from this disgusting restaurant. read more

Great food! Ive always been a big fan of Chinese food, but never a fan of the price. I decided to try out this restaurant on pure whim, and was not disappointed! The restaurant decoration was what Ive come to expect at most Chinese restaurants (iffy), but the waiter was friendly and funny. My food was cooked quickly, and came with some delicious tea. I got the general tso's chicken with steak strips and pork fried rice. The bill came to under 10 dollars (including tax). The chicken and steak was some of the best ive ever had, and the pork fried rice was better than expected. So, when you walk into the restaurant and notice the dive-ish appearance, dont despair. My daughter and I recently went there for dinner. As we walked in I noticed how dark and dingy the restaurant looks. Not very clean. I placed our order, their menu is reasonably priced and fairly extensive, and my daughter then chose a booth off to the side behind a small partition. About 10-15 minutes later a man came up to the counter from out back (I couldn't see him but i could hear him as we were the only ones there) and was speaking. I wasn't sure if he was speaking on the phone or to someone out back as I couldn't decipher what he was saying. There was pause so I assumed he went out back again until he started hollering Hello! HELLO! Louder and louder. I came from behind the partition to see what was going on. His hollering was making my daughter and myself nervous. He looks at me and asks if we would be dining in . I told him I had already placed my order. The gentleman who took my order came from outback and grabbed the bag that the man who was hollering a minute ago was holding and told me my order was ready. Working in a restaurant myself never would myself or another employee holler HELLO to customer to let them know their order is ready. There wasn't another living soul there so it was pretty obvious where we were because we were talking. We will NEVER be going back there again. As if that wasn't bad enough the food was less than desirable. The beef and broccoli was watery and the crab rangoons were small and flavorless. Will NEVER go back. read more

These other people don't know what they're talking about. Man-yee may not be the best looking place on earth, but the food here is fantastic. Every time I eat here, I enjoy everything I order. The prices are reasonable and the food is fantastic; what more do you want... OK, they don't have any form of bar, but that's the only real thing that I would ask. read more
