A couple of days later I called to follow up on the cost of the appointment. Roxanne informed me that the accountant I had been assigned to worked part time but assured me he would contact me about my concerns. As of 2/6/2026, I had not heard from anyone so I cancelled my appointment. I don't think my request was unreasonable and wonder why the information couldn't have been gotten by someone else in the office. There was no response to my email to answer my questions or attempt to reschedule. I reached out to Kalos because of their strong reviews on Yelp. I don't enjoy writing poor reviews, but I can only speak to my experience. It definitely wasn't five stars.
