First, I do not write very many reviews. However, I felt PrideStaff really deserves this one. Second, Over the last two years I have been trying to find a stable, large company full time job. I even spent hundreds of dollars to have my resume reviewed multiple times. On May 7th, 2019, my wife suggested to try PrideStaff. I looked them up and read the reviews. I thought why not and needed all the help I could get. I called, and David Rodriguez answered. That night I sent him my resume. The next day David had interviews already setup. I came in that night to conduct the PrideStaff paperwork. Then on Thursday morning I was off to the interview. About one hour after the interview David called and told me the company wanted me to start the very next day. I could not believe it. I had never been hired for any job in my entire life that fast. From the first phone call until the first day of work only took 2 and one half days. My first day on the job was amazing! I cannot say how thankful I am for David & the rest of the team here at pridestaff in Murrieta. I have been waiting to start my job as an EMT for 4 months and was really struggling with my mortgage and personal bills. I heard about the agency through a friend and made an appointment promptly, David was so quick to get me working and gave me so many options to choose from. I am 25 years old and have always been treated like a number and not like an actual human being. David went above and beyond with how professional and caring he was about me and starting a new job. Went in with my resume and within a few days David called me about a job offer that he thought would be a good fit. Within the week I was employed as a RMA Technician with an awesome company; it even has a putting green, volleyball court, gym and sauna. I am loving my job, before going into PrideStaff I had no luck with my job hunt for weeks; even with all the online tools and sites fully utilized. They even got direct deposit all set up within the first pay period, which is weekly. To finish off my rant of happiness, David was able to get me even higher pay than what I asked for! I have been there a handful of times to take typing tests for my job and I have never seen a more welcoming, friendly, and helpful environment. From the kind receptionist to the men and women working in the back, they always are friendly and willing to help out anyone that sets foot in their establishment. They are always so helpful and kind to everyone that comes in and are excited when people successfully pass a typing test or receive a phone call in regards to job interviews. Even the manager of the establishment, Mike, is very personable and friendly to the people coming in. I cannot recommend this place more! You will be taken care of if you come in!!! read more

Almost all of the reviews for this location are false, this is a temp agency run by people who are not fit for there positions it's a joke, the receptionist is simply rude, unprofessional, and aggressive with clients and does not know how to give proper information over the phone nor how to talk to a person in general I don't know how she got that job to be honest she's not doing it properly. One of the male employees is so rude and talks to his clients like children like if he's doing you a huge favor getting you $12hr jobs with horrible work environment. The people here really help and work for you. Everything about my experience was positive. David and Christina really worked for me and were able to find something for me within hours of my appointment. They pointed me in the right direction and gave me good insight on everything I needed and wanted to know. Pridestaff is exactly what the name says, they take pride in their staff. They are friendly, accommodating, helpful, and seem to enjoy their job.
