From the very beginning, Tamara Wilbanks and Paul Villamill made me feel supported and confident, offering valuable guidance on everything from resume improvement to interview preparation. What really sets AppleOne apart is their exceptional communication. They consistently keep me informed, respond quickly to any questions, and make the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Their access to a wide range of job opportunities also makes a huge difference, helping connect me with roles that are a great fit. I especially appreciate their dedication to finding the right fit for each candidate. Alongside Tamara and Paul, Lisa Dana treated me with genuine kindness and respect--checking in on my second day of a temporary assignment and even bringing thoughtful gifts for the team. They consistently go above and beyond to present you as a strong, capable professional, truly living up to their reputation for recognizing and supporting "Star Candidates." I highly recommend AppleOne to anyone looking for a positive, supportive, and effective job search experience. Their team, resources, and dedication truly make all the difference! Christine, thank you for helping me navigate the onboarding process!

I did not have a good experience with this agency at all. I tried to stop by in person but they…read morewere closed and had an unwelcoming sign saying that you have to make an appointment to see them. I called and asked them for an appointment, and they said I had to apply online first and upload all my information, etc., and only then would they POSSIBLY call me in for an appointment, if and only if I met all of their very high-end qualifications for a simple clerical gig. Fine - I did that, no problem. With 10 years of office experience and a bachelor's degree, I know I am more than capable to do that type of work. But when I received no response, and called to follow up, the lady on the other end sounded fake, over-caffeinated, and was borderline rude. She said they probably hadn't called me because I didn't have the experience they wanted. I explained to her that at my last position I had done plenty of clerical work, and that those tasks were all listed clearly on my resume. But it was apparent that they had not read my resume carefully, and had only looked at my job title. Just because my positions didn't specifically have the words "Admin" or "Clerical" in the title, I think they wrote me off, which is absurd. Not all admin-related jobs are titled that way, that is why you list your responsibilities. She was very snobby and said "We will call YOU if we are interested, but we are only looking for people with administrative experience." When I stated calmly and diplomatically that I do in fact have that experience, she said really gruffly "You should try one of the other agencies like Apple One." This mom and pop place feels it has the right to snub people for no reason other than that they are too lazy to really review applicants. I was overqualified for the position I applied for, and yet I am told essentially to "slum it" at Apple One because they are too good for me. Whatever...podunk Inland Empire unprofessional nonsense.

I have tried using several different agencies over the past 3 years. Other agencies stated they would call me if I matched any incoming leads, I rarely heard back from them. Cutting Edge has called me several times when I have had assignments through different agencies. The most current assignment is more than likely going to end up permanent full time. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received.

I was put in two dangerous situations by these people, which being young and naiive in my early 20s and eager to make a good impression, put my health at risk and/or led to permanent health problems. One was related to not simply providing dust masks AFTER repeatedly asking for them (they finally do 2 weeks after I started), when the job at hand was dusting boxes in an extremely dusty factory- which led to a very serious chronic cough (Professional Hospital Supply), the other was transporting dangerous chemicals (Guidant at the time) and not being educated properly on the dangers of getting just a tiny amount on the skin. Considering I was dumping chemicals from one container into the next, someone would have told me what would have happened if a drop or two splashed onto my face. Note- they have goggles etc. you wear, but what if it gets other parts of face. (which happened - and led to chemical burns). Is Manpower really providing a service to people, or are they taking advantage of people and putting them at risk by not properly vetting their clients, demanding safe workplace conditions, etc. Wearing sexy skirts and cheap perfume, and smiling does not make you a professional. Helping the people who keep you is business does, and that means keeping them safe. A safe work environment is a requirement that should always be met.
