my sister went here and we had a few difficulties one, the main room for small children once you are out of the waiting room is a rundown couch on the floor, a ripped chair and a glitchy tv the walls missing any decor and the room incredibly tiny and claustrophobic, and while the dentist was nice they did everything with no consent from the guardian Including not telling us what they were going to do until it was done then brushing it off. read more

Last week I called to make my kids an appointment and the front desk girl told me I had to call my insurance to switch providers, so I did so, it took time but it got done, I called her back immediately after. She scheduled both my children and was very helpful however about 30 mins after another lady calls me and said that the front desk lady should have never scheduled my kids since years ago I had scheduled and decided to take them somewhere else. Yes I did but that is because you did not take their insurance so I had no choice so now they have UHC and you do accept it so I scheduled with you since you are 5 mins down the road and I have other family members that come to this place. I was told my kids accounts were inactive and they could not reactivate them. Wow!! so if thats the case how did you schedule them? That was horrible to make me take time to change providers and all that time I spent and just to do this and not even a hint of compassion. I work for a medical office and this is not how you treat patients. Especially future patients. Now I have to call my insurance all over again and wait on hold forever like I did the first time and find anothe dentist office. Another great visit! We have been seeing Dr. Liz for YEARS and will continue to see her. Her and her amazing staff treat the kids with patience, kindness, and silliness; it's no surprise that my kids love to go to the dentist! My kids have had routine cleaning/ emergency visits/ extractions done here and very visit we get the same great care and communication. I had been taking my twins to Manor Dentist since 2019. They went regularly every 6 months. I actually love this place and ALL of the staff because they are all Super Friendly and Nice. My issue is with the billing. After our first appt whenever my kids had an appointment I would get a call right before stating there was a past due balance. I had to call the insurance and talk to them and call the dental office back and tell them what they needed to do. I would assume that everything was taken care of. However, when the next appointment comes up I get a call again about a past due. The issue was between the dental office and the insurance. At one point the dental office coded something incorrect and then the insurance had one of my children's date of birth incorrect. As a result of their errors I was penalized. Even after calling and finding out what the issue was and reporting this back to the dental office the issues weren't fixed. I never received a bill and would only find out about problems when I received a phone call right before my kids appointments. Then I was sent a letter stating they file with the insurance as a "Courtesy to the Customer" and I am responsible for some of the charges due to all of these errors. If I could call and find out what the problem was each time I didn't understand how they couldn't. The final straw came when they told me because of these issues that I would have to pay upfront now each time my children came to see them. That defeats the purpose of having insurance. It's really an inconvenience because I like the dental office and it's right by my house, but the way they handled this and their willingness to lose customers behind it left a very bad taste in my mouth with this dental office. I would actually recommend this dental office and have many times, but they need to do better with billing issues and definitely not penalize customers for things that are 100% out of their control. read more

I definitely do NOT recommend! Honestly i switched my kids from Access dental but i think i made a huge mistake, access dental was more understanding and flexible then this dentist. They do not let you Rescechule more then 2 times in 1 year or they will not see your kids anymore untill 1 full year . They do not understand parents who have multiple kids or taking care of special need siblings they think parents should ONLY prioritize their Dentist! And wont let you Rescechule or go in later . They always want to give me appointments at 8am when i clearly told them multiple times i cant i drop off my other child to school and take my siblings to school and work . If your looking for flexible appointments THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT IT there "only times" are for 8am even if you scechule 6 months ahead. Bunch of BS read more

1000% do not recommend this place at all At the beginning everything was going great, smooth, Staff was friendly, clean environment and great entertainment area for the kids. However, there is a Minimum area for seating in the main waiting area. Check up was okay, they were a bit too slow paced and after awhile my son got very antsy. Which of course didn't help the check up process.. When it comes to pricing.. They are clearly OVERPRICED even with insurance ! They were charging us $3,000 out-of-pocket. They do not offer payment plans only CareCredit. After declining service they were rude. I took my child to another dentist in Round Rock as a 2nd option. For the same procedure they were ONLY charging approx $500 out of pocket. What a BIG difference! After explaining my experience with family in the area, They too agree, they have had been OVERCHARGED and wish they should have went elsewhere before accepting treatment for their children. They no linger visit this office. Always get a second Option y'all! Because CLEARLY this isn't the place! read more

Been coming here for years and had never had any issues. This is the first time I have had issues. It took 15 minutes to get checked. Front office kept on checking in people instead of finishing up the people that were already waiting. Appointment was at 4:00 got here at 3:55 and still here at 5:35. Spoke to the office manager who has helped me several times in the past as well. Didn't seem her joyful self, made me sit down and wait for her to speak to me. The front office has all new people and they have a new system they are working with and it takes longer for them to check you in. Was informed my the office manager that there was an emergency as well and they were backed up on that was well, this was after my son was checked out. The dentist that checked out my son was wonderful and apologized about the wait time. read more

The staff here are the nicest, friendliest people I have ever met and Dr. Monero is extraordinary. The care was exceptional and after seeing the attentiveness, gentleness, and patience the staff showed every child, I left the appointment feeling inspired to do a better job in my own parenting. If I could give this place negative starts I would!! I have been bringing my kids here for years. This is the first time I am very upset with their office. My kids had a routine check up today for a cleaning. I was called at 4:30 in the afternoon the day before to be told my kids wouldn't be covered until their benefits rolled over 1st of the year. And I would have to pay cash. I was at work of course so I got left a vm. When I called they were already closed. I call first thing in the morning to resch after Jan1st when the benefits reset. I was told if I didn't being them in I wouldn't be able to see their dr for a year because it was a 3rd resch. First off I get it totally with the resch policy. BUT you are giving me an ultimatum to pay cash or not see the dentist for a year! How is this my fault? I don't think so. The other time I had to resch because my kids had covid. The other time a death in my family!! There should be exceptions made for situations like these as they are not my fault! Would you rather have me take my kids when they have covid? I'm not ok with them giving me an ultimatum. Time to find a new dentist. Very disappointed and disgusted with these people read more

I remember as a child being scared to go to the dentist and not wanting that for my son. But his dentist is so gentle, comforting, and patient. Lilly is incompetent and cannot verify insurance. It took me 5 minutes to contact my provider to get information versus her saying she's been waiting 2 weeks with no response. So I'm wondering who did she call? Plus I wasn't informed that insurance hadn't been verified until the time of the appointment. All in all I would not re-commend this dentist office because they do not have good customer service and blame their errors on human error. read more

I wish I could give this place more stars because 5 isn't enough. It's always stressful to take your child to any kind of appointment. However, the people working behind the desk did everything to make sure our son was comfy and happy. They put on a movie and sang with him. The doc was kind and knowledgeable. She talked through everything with me and my husband. The office is clean, modern and easy to navigate. Tonight I was reminded why I love living in a "small town". My two year old son had a collision at a super bowl party and fell face first into the wood floor. His front tooth was visibly damaged and bleeding badly. He also had some damage to his gums. We considered taking him to urgent care and contacted our pediatricians on call nurse, knowing they would likely just send us to the dentist in the morning. We called Manor Kids Dentist in Manor to leave a message in hopes of snagging their first appointment tomorrow morning. We were surprised to find out they had an emergency line. We called and Dr Liz herself answered. She consulted over the phone and THEN offered to meet us at the office and do an x-ray.. at 8:30 on a Sunday night.. during the Super Bowl?! She expressed concern over bone or nerve damage so we agreed to meet her tonight. We spent the last hour in the office with both Dr Liz AND Dr Sama as they did an exam and x-rays. (Thankfully it's mostly gum damage and his teeth are okay) I can not recommend them highly enough. Please support local small businesses and take your kiddos to Manor Kids Dentist. After a good first visit, my second visit was unfortunately not as deserving of high reviews due to newer front desk associate not communicating accurate scheduling information. The inaccurate scheduling resulted in me taking off of work, and taking my child out of school unnecessarily. I was very disappointed they were unwilling to accommodate us during the time needed for an error caused on their end, especially having taken off work and my child out of school. The lesson learned out out of this is to talk to the main front desk lady (Lucy I believe) when needing to make more complex scheduling arrangements. read more
