They have video games for your other children to play while you wait in the with your child if have more than one child with you like I do most of the times we come visit. If your child comes here they always receive a coin to choose a toy from the machine. They definitely go into detail with you about your child's teeth. Today we learned our youngest is already getting his molars in. They are very experienced with taking care of your kids teeth. I was so amazed at the care and kindness that they put into each of their clients. Usually you are in and out pretty fast when you have a scheduled appointment. Your children get to watch their favorite Netflix show while they getting their teeth cleaned or worked on. In the waiting room they have a TV with Netflix and video games area for your kids to keep themselves entertained. My son had his very first dental appointment today, so, as expected, he was very nervous. We were quickly in and out of the office, and my son walked away with a very positive first experience, even after having a filling and two extractions! The office itself is very clean and comfortable, brightly colored, and kid-friendly. It is equipped with televisions for the children to watch while having procedures done, and my son was even able to choose what he wanted to watch. This definitely helped ease his anxiety. Dr. Naik has a wonderful way of speaking with children to keep them calm, and I was so impressed with how well my son did in her care. Further, she made sure I was aware of everything that was going on with my son, devised a treatment plan, and made me feel very comfortable going forward with each procedure. They stated that we were in network with our insurance. Comes to find out we weren't. We called our insurance we called the office and yes we were in network. After we paid they stated we were only in network for certain plans. It was almost $600 Bill we paid in full. Then our insurance sends a check to the company and they hold it and say they will refund us the exact amount that the insurance already sent in to cover. In other words, they're going to refund exactly what the insurance is already covering, as if they're doing us a favor. The Dr. Did a decent job on our Daughters lounge tie except a small heat blister on her gum from the lazer. Which we didn't know until a few days later. We ended up having to place the claim ourselves. What good is there insurance coordinator if you are doing their job for them. Their insurance coordinator didn't even run our EOB before we came in to get the service done on our daughter's tounge. We honestly feel like they said anything. At that point if we are paying almost %80 of the bill we would have not gone there and found a place completely in network. Things are expensive as they are. Complete dissatisfied with the quality of customer service. Let's hope we even get the check they received from our insurance.

I have no proof on whether or not this place sold my information but it didn't start happening until after I went here so I would be careful with providing any important phone numbers such as work phones.
