When I got in touch with the salesperson (Santiago Gonzalez) to get the issue fixed I was told that he would get back to me but there was no follow-up from him. After trying to get in touch with him on multiple occasions via phone calls and text messages to which he has stopped responding totally, I am left with no other alternative but to leave this review.

I don't have guests that come to my home if they haven't called me first. When somebody shows up at my front door knocking, my tensions get high. I've got the full recording of the person denying seeing a "no soliciting" sign on my door and simply sad communication. I did not appreciate the demeanor of this person and the fact they were frustrated that I was communicating on the camera. I'm even more frustrated my kids were in the house and I was not home this is why I decided to speak to this man via the Ring camera. When this person decided to not tell me their name or even attempt communicating with me, I mentioned there was a no soliciting sign on the door as he was walking away. The person turned around and looked at my door and said "no there's not " Not a good taste in my mouth from this company to start.
