Of the three stores, we liked the Mattress Firm in Auburn best because: + Wide selection + Easy to try out all the different mattresses close together (a furniture store we visited had them spread out in different locations) + Transparency with the model we were considering (left with a written description of the model and price) + Clear and simple explanation of the mattress choices and options + Matched all offers from other stores (free delivery for example) + Emailed extra discount coupon for us to apply if we decided to purchase The mattress and adjustable base were delivered on time, set up promptly and professionally, and work well. Unfortunately, about 6, maybe 7 months ago, we noticed a stain on the couch, so we called, and at the advice, we did nothing; we didn't want to make it worse. The insurance company we dealt with was the worst; we would call and send them pictures by email, but nothing. At first, Sundeen wanted to avoid getting involved, but after some conversations, they agreed to reach out and intervene with the insurance company. To shorten a very, very long lousy experience story, we ended up with no help, no cleaning, no replacement, nothing. We now have a dried-on stain, and we're looking for a new couch; not at Sundeen, we're looking elsewhere now. It would have just been cleaned out if we had just attempted to clean it when fresh. We tried to do the right thing and not touch and got burnt. Sundeen has lost a loyal customer over this; by all means, buy their furniture, but do not fall for the sales pitch on the protective coating and insurance. We were high and dry by both Sundeen and the insurance company. Bad form, Sundeen, bad form.

I handed the guy 90$ and didn't even bother asking for my 5$ change because they gave me such a hard time about being able to bring the furniture up the stairway. Also, I'm now having to patch a gauge in my hallway because of their sloppy delivery service. I'd recommend this company as I like the sectional. Get your own delivery.

Otherwise the warranty is no good. For a couple who just bought a house and pitching pennies, he did not tell us. And for Tyler the nerve to say he did, don't even. We would 100% remember a detail like that. Also if you read the tags, it doesn't have big fat red letters that tell you not to remove the tags.
