This is truly a family owned business. The wait staff was visible and welcoming throughout our meal. The restaurant has a dining room with several large round tables and and then tables against the wall for 4 persons. They also do a large to go business. The chicken Marsala was a huge portion enough for 2 meals.the sauce was thin but flavorful and cooked for easy cutting. The pasta cooked perfectly. The best was as we were leaving what appear to be Mom and Dad sitting off to the side saying goodbye to the customers.

Mannino's Italian Restaurant Tamarac, FL One of my fave spots to grab pizza. Amazing service in a family friendly ambiance. They always have great deals! 2 slices and a soda for $7 is a win for me! After being in Tamrac for years, my wife and I finally tried Mannino's. I've read about it, passed it, parked in front of it, just never went inside. After having a Pizza and salad I realized what a big mistake I made not coming here sooner. This place is a gem! It's a very big shop with plenty of seating. There is also a smaller area with a TV. Perfect if your coming in for a slice or two. Conveniently located in a nice size shopping center so it's an easy in and out with plenty of parking. We sat down and our waitress came right over. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. She immediately made us feel like regulars here. I'm from Long Island, NY so I'm always looking for that perfect NY style pizza... they definitely came very close to my regular stop. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing. There were not a lot of people here and the tables are really spread out so you're not sitting on top of the next table. Service was fantastic. My wife had a small salad and I asked for the pizza cooked well. The salad was fresh-cool-and crispy, perfect. The pizza came out exactly as I asked. A little well done which gives the crust a nice crunch. Plenty of sausage and mushroom topping and the cheese and sauce were delicious. This was another perfect experience as a first timer. I just love that!! KUDO's to the team at Mannino's

We were visiting my mother near by and decided to try Mannino's for lunch. The atmosphere is a bit dark but the restaurant is clean and we found the service to be very friendly. We started with fried calamari. It was tender and not overly breaded. The sauce was tasty. My daughter had an eggplant parmigiana sub and said it was very good. I had the 2 slice special and the pizza was very good. I enjoyed it. The slices were huge. My husband had a small Stromboli. It was huge and filled to the ends. He also enjoyed his food. There was a table of 5 that was driving the server a little nuts and she kept apologizing and thanking us for being patient. We didn't didn't feel that she wasn't taking care of us - we thought she was very friendly and we didn't find ourselves waiting for anything. They offer a lot of different specials and the prices are very reasonable. Service was friendly. We enjoyed everything we ate and will definitely be back when we're in the neighborhood again.

Mannino's should be everyone's go to for the best pizza! Im originally from New Jersey and to me being new to soflo this is the closest to pizza from home. Delicious big slices and really good pastas too! I really enjoy their wings which they drown in a really good sauce too. Their service whether you're dining in or taking out is impeccable. Beautiful Italian style decor, large interior with plenty of seating. Im so glad to have stumbled upon this pizzeria two years ago. I am delayed on writing my love for the pizza and staff here but it's better late than never. I highly recommend for all to really come out here no matter how far you live for fantastic bites. I drive 15-20 minutes now thats pure dedication when you find a place that reminds you of pizza from back home. Thank you Manninos and I will always keep my loyalty!

We were in Ft Lauderdale for the weekend and found this place on Google…read more One pound of wings was ~$13.99. They also have a combo that comes with fries and a drink. I placed a call-in order. The wings were hot & fresh, lightly crispy, and a good size. I'm not sure if I picked the wrong flavor, but the "Honey Garlic" wings were a miss. The The flavor was just not very pronounced and the sauce was either too bland or not enough of it was on the wings. I didn't enjoy them so I didn't finish them. The fries were the best part of the experience in my opinion. They just needed some seasoning on them and they would have been perfect. Sidenote: The restaurant nickle and dimes you for everything. Extra wing sauce? Charge. Extra ranch? $1.50 charge. (I don't even think it's homemade) Want to use your debit/major credit card? 3% charge. I ended up paying in cash to avoid the extra card processing charge, but in my opinion I felt like the restaurant was trying to charge for every little thing. I avoid places with practices like this because it feels like they don't value their customers overall (just the almighty dollar bill). The prices were already a bit steep, why charge just to use a card? I was not impressed by Wow Wing House and probably would not return.

Naturally, we ignored that advice and went straight to level 6 (aka "suicide") Still not level 10... but we survived. Barely. Ordered a bunch of different flavors and every single one was great. Amazing wings, great flavor, painful happiness. 10/10 would cry and order again.

Since then, many wing based restaurants have opened up and the competition has only heated up. Looking to relive some of the glory days, I decided to hit up the Wings Plus near me! Going in, there were closed caption tvs on, playing sports, and groups of people sitting together munching on saucy wings and curly fries. Tonight, I ordered 10 wings half keywest and half medium hot grilled. Going into my review, I thought the wings were very tasty tonight. One thing I always loved about Wings Plus over other spots is that they have an extensive list of flavors. The medium hot wings packed a nice punch on my lips, and never can skimp on the house made blue cheese. I do think the wings tasted more fried than grilled. I also, think the hot sauce was a little loose, but still tasty wings nevertheless. The key west though were fantastic. It was like a habanero Carolina gold sauce, and these were scrumptious with their homemade blue cheese! Overall, despite my critiques, I still think Wings Plus Is a tiny gem embedded in Coral Springs. Prices haven't came down since I was coming here as a kid, but staff is friendly, atmosphere Is welcoming, and the food is usually pretty good. Final verdict 4/5 stars.

There were only about three other tables, so it was a relaxed vibe, and the service was quick, which we loved. The food overall was good. I ordered the lemon pepper wings. I'll be honest, they weren't my favorite. The seasoning could have been stronger or more flavorful. That said, their fries were good. We also ordered chicken tenders, and those were a hit. Super crispy and honestly some of the best tenders we've had. Everyone at the table enjoyed them. We tried their lemonade too, and if you like sweet drinks, this one is perfect for you. My cousins ordered another wing flavor that was sweet and spicy. I don't remember the exact name, but they were amazing and definitely better than the lemon pepper. Overall, solid food with some standout items, especially the tenders and sweet and spicy wings. I'd come back to try more flavors.

One person waiting for takeout and one person ordering at the counter. Then I saw all the bags on the carryout station. They must do a lot of business, just not eat-in. I ordered the 15 piece original, which wasn't exactly what I wanted but this place does not make Buffalo wings. I can't fault them for that because it's not on their menu. Still, the original were good, just not the same flavor as I'm used to. The only complaint I have on the wings were that they were slightly overcooked. Not bad, but a little. The place has quite a few people working there, but they're not especially friendly or outgoing to the customers. I get it -- they're very busy making wings, so they don't take the time to be more polite to the customers, but that costs them one star. That doesn't make them a bad restaurant, it just means they have room for improvement. The food was good and it filled me up so I can get back to my homework, so I think a four star review is about right. I'll definitely come back again.

I had Wings n Things bookmarked for a while so in honor of National Chicken Wing Day, it was the perfect time to check this place out. Wings n Things had a very casual ambiance. Upon entering I noticed a very large menu posted on the wall and took a few minutes to look at it. They offer a variety of comfort foods such as: * Appetizers/soups/salads * B.Y.O. sandwiches/wings/ribs * Platters/family meal deals/lunch specials * Cold beverages/beer/wine There's a small window counter for takeout orders near the large dining area where you can seat yourself. I greeted a nice female employee and placed an order for the 6pc wings lunch special that was served with bbq sauce, curly fries, and a drink with ranch on the side. While waiting, there were people steadily coming to pick up their order...giving me the impression that the food was probably good. When I finally received my food, I quickly opened the container to start indulging and quiet my growling stomach...quick pause...okay, the wings are really small. Some pieces were tender while others were a bit dry. The bbq sauce covering the wings wasn't as sweet as I would like it to be, but it was ok. The curly fries was thin and didn't have that fulfilling crispness that I love in thicker cut fries. I managed to eat half of the contents and save the rest for later. For my first time trying the food at Wings n Things, it was alright but not enough to get excited over. Maybe some time down the line I will revisit and try something else.

The service is ok, sometime you have to wait - especially if you sit outside. In their defense, there are signs that ask patrons to walk inside if they haven't been seen for a while. Paying for the bill is done diner style where you pay upfront at the register. Overall it's a great spot to grab a quick bite for lunch.
