First - I love that you can book online. And I love that they direct bill our insurances. I randomly booked with Haley for my first visit and it is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She asks great questions before you get started and takes thorough notes. I have seen her every 4 - 6 weeks since my first visit and each time is better somehow. Sometimes, I just want to relax, and sometimes I really want her to work out the knots. Whatever I need that day, she delivers. If you're feeling chatty, she'll chat with you through your session, if not, she'll leave you in peace. She reads my body and its reactions very well and if I ask her to explain what she's doing, she does - and helps me understand. It was appealing because there was a promotion at the time, so the price was pretty good, and it is incredibly close to my house. Integrity is located in the basement of Jan (the massage therapist)'s house near the Belvedere LRT station. Jan is AMAZING at what she does. I cannot stress how good she is! I have gone to numerous massage therapists over the years, and there are only a handful that can get rid of this chronic pain I have in my lower back. Not only is Jan one of them, she also detected the exact spot of my discomfort without me telling her. She has recently gotten into cupping as well, which she will do at no extra charge. Only pitfall to Integrity is that it's cash only.
