There is a group of massage therapists, including Jennifer, working out of the same location, Placare Associates in Wellness. The location is small, but very inviting and relaxing. There is a ton of free parking outside, which is a plus. It is very easy and convenient to book an appointment with Jennifer through her online scheduling system. All payment options are accepted, except for Amex; a receipt is emailed to you after the appointment, which is convenient for submitting to insurance. The location of the business is on the 2nd floor and I had to be buzzed in. I was greeted kindly by my massage therapist, Jesse. Before we started the massage, I filled in a short bit of paperwork and Jesse looked up direct billing through my insurance provider. I was happy to hear about direct billing since it saves you the time to submit online and the wait to get your money back from your insurance provider. The studio is smaller and has two private rooms for massage. Very clean and with nice simple decore. The private room was lit perfectly and there was some relaxing music playing. The temperature was pleasantly warm and it was very easy to relax. Again very clean!!! Jesse was a great massage therapist and applied perfect pressure for a deep tissue massage. I was in dire need for massage due to some neck pain. He was very professional and my back felt great and back to normal a few days later. I've been back to see Jesse 3 times and I am now going to see him on a regular basis. The studio is located above a restaurant/lounge (The Common) and shares the second floor with a few other small business, but it has always been very quiet and relaxing with absolutely no disruptions.

Dayren is a lovely, kind lady with magic hands and an excellent knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I won't lie. It felt rough sometimes, but she explained why she had to dig into certain muscles to loosen them. Ouch! It was worth a couple minutes of discomfort to get the result. I've been suffering for over a year with S.I. joint pain. Well, no more. I believe I will need a maintenance course to stay nimble. She recommended once per month. The office is clean and friendly.
