WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE.. My husband who was sick with a virus which caused a huge sore on his lip called to cancel his appt. When he called to politely and respectfully ask that they waive the cancellation charge, the office manager (WHO IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and CURT) denied our request and began yelling into the phone. She told us (customers of several years with several thousand dollars of fees) to never come back again We would HIGHLY DISSUADE anyone from using this practice. Even if you are a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars, if you get COVID or any other thing that prevents you from making your appointment and do not notify them until less than 24 hours in advance, you will be the recipient of a cancellation fee "money grab" and an extremely angry, unprofessional, vile office manager. My 2 daughters and I, like many, do not look forward to going to the dentist. My oldest has a lot of issues with her teeth, and I have been as well. She has had numerous "scary" (painful) encounters as we moved around Westchester, and thus needed a new dentist. Well, Dr. Manning and her staff have not only laid the dread of the dentist visit to rest, but they actually make us look forward to going. It sounds absurd, but it is true. They aren't ever judgemental when my daughter says she only brushes once a day, or if she says she doesn't floss regularly, or when my oldest gets more cavities. They are wonderful with children, teens and adults. They make you feel at ease, and like you've known them for years. Dr. Manning has a sweet yet professional demeanor, and is always gentle and thorough. We went to our bi yearly appointments this month. In the midst of the pandemic, I was pretty concerned, but as we have had issues with our teeth, I didn't want to wait much longer. If you're worried about safety in public, I will tell you that they were as cautious and meticulous as can be. Masks mandated for all patients, sanitizer available all over the waiting room, touchless temperatures taken, as well as a health form. The hygienists wore 2 masks, and everything was cleaned immediately after use/touch. We felt safe, and I am thankful. It has taken us a great many years to find "our dentist," but Dr. Manning is now part of our lives! read more

I go to Dr. Manning with my entire family which includes a young daughter with anxiety and a teenage daughter with Asperger's. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. They take special care with both of my daughters to keep them comfortable and calm throughout. We got in as soon as we could (once Covid restrictions lifted) and the office is taking all the precautions to keep us and the rest of their patients safe. I could not recommend them any higher! I have been going to Dr. Manning for quite a few years now. It's a good feeling to know you're at a doctor who is caring, patient and that I can trust fully. Great staff, warm and inviting atmosphere, and everyone who works here is fast and efficient. I'm one of those people who are prone to anxiety attacks. I can't sit in the dentist chair and get a cavity filled without my anxiety acting up--as I learned the hard way a few years back. I made three separate attempts to come back here and get it done, and I couldn't do it with just the laughing gas. I was embarrassed and I felt terrible for wasting Dr. Manning's time, but she and the staff were so understanding about this issue...which is something that I appreciate oh so very much. Unfortunately, the only thing you can get here is laughing gas. I eventually got some Valium from my general doctor and gave it one more shot. Success! As for teeth cleanings, the girl who does my teeth is very nice, she's fast, and we always have interesting conversations. Teeth X-rays can take forever for some people to set up, but this girl had it done within minutes. Every single experience I've had here has been spectacular. And I love that you can get appointment booking reminders via email! No having to call the receptionist to schedule appointments. Woo hoo. read more

Dr. Manning is one of the best dentist's I have been to. The office staff is great with an inviting atmosphere. I had a broken tooth that cause a lot of pain but I had no insurance, my biggest worry was how much it would cost to fix it. So I decided to go and see Dr Manning. During her consultation she gave me options that i would have never thought of, saving me a lot of money in the process. She was caring and sympathetic to my issues and help me out tremendously. Finally the pain is gone. I have recommended a few of my friends already, and will continue to do so. Great dentists are hard to come by. read more

I have visited this dental office multiple times now , for both cleanings and Invisalign, and have had a terrific experience every time. The staff is extremely friendly and has greeted me immediately upon walking in. The hygienists, medical assists, and Dr. Ieraci are very thorough and work well together. Dr. Ieraci goes above and beyond to make sure my Invisalign trays and buttons are installed correctly and are comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering any questions I have. It's always an enjoyable visit! I highly recommend this office for all dental needs. read more

Dr. Manning and her entire staff are just wonderful, during COVID I had an emergency with one of my teeth and The manager Mariana and the front desk girl Justine made sure to accommodate me the same day I called and got me right into their schedule, dr. Mannings assistant took me right in and dr. Manning was even able to fix my tooth the same day. I absolutely will be switching dentists and coming back for my dental cleaning. read more

Although the staff is nice and the office immaculate I made a huge mistake going there which will now cost me thousands of dollars to repair.. I admit I had poor dental health and neglected it for years but feel like I was lead down an improper path by getting flippers.. the 1st set of flippers had me in tears and the 2nd set is even worse fitting and was basically told to use fixodent... the gap between the flipper and the roof of my mouth can use an entire tube and still not adhere l. So basically I have to either use the original which is crooked and huge gaps indicating missing teeth or the ill fitting one with the huge gap on top spitting in people when speaking ( thankfully we are required to wear masks).. when I bring this up to them they blame the lab ( dental version of Wish.com) and the lab blames them.. meanwhile every single day I'm upset with my experiences and was basically told that I have to deal with the lesser of the 2 evils , the ones that fit but look ridiculous or the ones that don't fit but there or no gaps, either way it's a lose lose situation or me read more

Dr. Manning's commitment to her patient's needs is remarkable. She routinely goes above and beyond to assuage concerns and set minds at ease. Speaking from experience, Dr. Manning has, on multiple occasions, come through for me when I needed her most. She is kind, understanding, and compassionate and I cannot overstate now grateful I am for her. I'm a 55 year old woman who has had dental issues, and many dentists, my entire life. I first came to Dr. Manning in 2016 as my dental implants were failing. She went to bat for me when it came to confronting other dentists about why my implants failed. Recently another issue arose and she made time for me and reassured me and has done all she can to help me. Her staff is caring and always willing to do whatever they can to help. I had been a patient of Dr. Lask and didn't know what to expect when Dr. Manning took over but was pleasantly surprised! She's extremely knowledgeable, has a wonderful bedside manner and, if she doesn't feel she can handle a specific problem, she'll do everything to find another dentist who not only can do the procedure but takes my insurance. I have been contemplating whether or not I should write this poor review for a long time but I realized I don't want anyone else experiencing the same troubles I did. I got multiple cavities filled two years ago and they caused me immense pain when I chewed on my left side for 6 months. Even to this day, I don't feel confident chewing on my left side in fear of the pain. I'm now at a new dentist who is really great and showed me through x-rays that almost all of the fillings Dr. Manning did still had so much decay underneath them and if I hadn't come to check to her for a checkup, I could have needed to have a root canal because the decay was so close to my nerve. Not only that but I felt like she was quite bored and didn't bother explaining my x-rays and other important aspects. With my new dentist, she explains my x-rays thoroughly, taught me how to floss properly and even informed me on how a cavity is filled. She is super nice, isn't impatient and gives me multiple tries to correct the bite on a filling but Dr. Manning made me feel like I was burdening her when I kept asking to fix the way too high bite. I'm sorry to have to write this review and I wish things could have been different, I had a lot of hope going in to my appointment because of previous reviews but I don't want anyone to experience what I had to so I have to be honest. read more

Basically she cost me a lot of pain; physical and financial. I had a regular cavity filling - no indication from Manning that it was deep or tricky or anything like that. Afterwards, I could not chew on that tooth - it felt like an electric shock. She re-did the filling and it was worse. I had to go somewhere else and have Root Canal at great expense. She also told my husband he needed a mouth guard to stop him grinding at night...well, i'm an insomniac and I have never heard him grinding! Funny, she told my friend's husband he also needed a mouth guard because he was grinding at night... I wonder how many men she has told this. I know at least 4 other people/families that have left her practice due to problems and I have only been in Rye 2 years so it's not like I know hundreds of people. read more

I would give Dr. Manning five stars but I hate dentists. Needless to say Dr. Manning put me at ease, made me feel at home and answered all my questions. The girl who cleaned my teeth did a great job and I will be back in 6 months-- because I have to go somewhere and I feel at he here. read more
