She told us (customers of several years with several thousand dollars of fees) to never come back again We would HIGHLY DISSUADE anyone from using this practice. Even if you are a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars, if you get COVID or any other thing that prevents you from making your appointment and do not notify them until less than 24 hours in advance, you will be the recipient of a cancellation fee "money grab" and an extremely angry, unprofessional, vile office manager. However, Dr. Wolfson didn't keep our agreement. He never discussed if any issue with what he agreed but sent me something else for the money I paid him for. I found Dr. Wolfson is not honest and not reliable for what he was paid for and the service he agreed to provide. I couldn't trust him but had to discontinue to use him as "witness expert" when I barely started with him. He told me he does "witness expert" frequently.

From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, remarkably warm, and so easy to talk to. During my initial consultation, Dr. Paonessa took the time to walk me thoroughly through the tooth extraction procedure and clearly explained what to expect during recovery. After the procedure was finished, he provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on how to care for the extraction site to ensure smooth healing. His thoughtful approach completely put me at ease. His office assistants, Barbara and Caitlin, were equally fantastic--friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The office itself is in a house not in an office building on the first floor with its own convenient parking lot. While I don't plan on making tooth extractions a habit, I would recommend Dr. Paonessa and his team to anyone in a heartbeat!
