Little did I know the actual doctor himself would answer the phone and happily schedule me an appointment for a few hours later, Sunday evening! Eric & his wife Lindsay and seriously the best there is. Everything from scheduling the appointment, to when I got there and the care exceeded my expectations! Well, I've started treatment with the specialist and it turns out that their readings, while not good, were not nearly as bad as what this hygienist indicated. And yeah, my mouth hurt after her "examination" for maybe 3-4 days. After a deep cleaning at the specialist office, I was sore for maybe 2 days maximum. Dr. Voss did not charge me for the visit, only the xrays she (finally) got with some panoramic type imaging system.
