They must be doing something right because everyone working there seems relaxed and happy. I went in about a month ago for a consult, and earlier today for oral surgery. I saw the same providers (surgeon, and who I'm assuming was an EFDA) both times. I am more anxious than the average bear when it comes to dental work and/or anticipated pain, so I thoroughly appreciated the feeling of security I got by seeing the same familiar faces when I went back in for my procedure. I was very nervous about the surgery/ anticipated subsequent pain, and started tearing up in the chair. I'm not proud of that, but it is what it is. Both Dr. Famiglio and his EFDA (I wish I could remember her name because she was really great) noticed, and reassured me there would be no pain during or after, then distracted me with funny stories while the anesthesia kicked in. Tonight I received a follow-up call from Dr. Famiglio himself to check in on how I'm doing/pain level, and to see if I have any questions. He encouraged me to call in if I have any questions. I was stunned at that added personal touch. I couldn't be more impressed with this office and everyone who works there. I would never willingly go anywhere else, and I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I had opted for the laughing gas, which was great because it made everything seem less painful. Dr. Manna was very nice and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. I was recommended by my dentist to come here. Kelly let me know that they often check their voicemail after hours in case patients call with questions or concerns after a procedure. That made me feel better and I felt like they truly cared about their patients. Not that I hope to be coming back anytime soon for an extraction or procedure, but if I do, Im happy to come back to this office!

I had to call them and ask them to fix it and then it became really loose and I wanted them to pay for the just the top Invisalign that they ruined. They said they would and then a month or two later they billed me for the rest. I talked with the manager and she was with me on them, taking care of the payment and then they reneged on me. They lie and they do anything they can to get money.As you can see their reviews are bad . My hygienist was the best though ! Tina is amazing! It is over a year now and I'm trying to get a copy of a bill for my FSA proof and being denied any copies of any invoices until I pay $299 outstanding bill. My teeth were overcrowded and that just added to the cavities. Dr. Mittal's office worked with me on financing for Invisalign treatment so that it was an affordable treatment method. The Invisaligns not only helped with the over crowding of my teeth, but it also helped train me in good dental habits. You need to brush everytime you take the trays out after all. Not only that, but their office has always been especially understanding. Early on, when I was just starting to work with Dr. Mittal's office, my wife was going through cancer treatment. I was a bit of a mess and had been late to more than one appointment. However, Dr. Mittal's office never charged me a late fee or made me feel any shame for the inconvenience. That alone has made me a loyal patient here. My wife is now in remission and I have been cavity free for about a year now. I'm going to keep going to see Dr. Mittal for as long as my health insurance and finances allow it.
