I bought a supposedly new washing machine from them just 14 months ago. The solution offered was for me to bring it in to the store - 20 miles away for them to "look at it and possibly repair possible free if the repair cost is not high ". It is so sad that this is their idea of good customer service . I hate giving negative review but honestly, they need to change their work ethic. I honestly feel scammed and I believe they sold me a used item disguised as new. Now I have to replace my washing machine barely a year out. Their loss - because I need to replace my dryer and refrigerator soon and would have been happy to patronize a small business. NEVER AGAIN.
