I've always had lots of anxiety, and past traumas from the dentist, but I would say that this has been the most calm and relaxing treatment I've had so far. Once I walked in the door, the first thing I noticed was how CLEAN and tidy it was. The receptionists were nice and welcoming. I was quickly called back for X-rays and the lady was great. Dr. Woo came in shortly after and explained everything to me in great detail. I told her how anxious I was, and she kept me so calm by talking me through from start to finish and explaining everything that was going on. I HIGHLY recommend for your endodontic needs. For context, I had a pretty gnarly dental experience that kept me away for two years (for shame, I know. She took time to be certain of the quality and completion of work. She is always polite and caring. I feel the work was performed in a timely fashion. They have always made my experience as painless as can be. My most recent visit I didn't even flinch when Dr. Nasserifar injected me with novacaine for the cavity I had to get filled.
