They opened their first store in Houston, Texas and went on to open more stores. In 2016 the company saw a decline in business due to financial factors. By 2020 they had closed stores and entered bankruptcy but in 2021 they launched a comeback and were able to reopen some of the closed stores as well as launch a new concept for teens called Franki's. They are currently operating more than 400 stores throughout the United States. I had previously visited the Francesca's in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. This store is in Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise. I was pleasantly greeted when I entered and left to explore. They had a sale going on of buy one get one 70 percent off. They also have a clearance section. The clothes are trendy and seasonally appropriate. For instance they had flag tops for the Fourth of July. Clothes are in denim, pastels, neutrals, and white with floral, denim, ruffles, and lace details and arranged in the store by color and style. The clothes are more appropriate for teens and young adults who like very soft and feminine styles but I liked their inexpensive collection of costume jewelry. They also have a lot of cute gift items including things for birthdays, brides to be, and dog lovers. Based on the amount of people shopping in the store, their comeback has been successful.

The men's dress shirts are probably your best deal. Where else can you get Joseph Abboud for under $40? Customer service is not the best. Generally, the staff spends more time chatting with each other than assisting paying customers. The cashiers have a bit of a hostile attitude even when you are pleasant to them. Which is odd as I had on a J crew top and classic J Crew Bermuda shorts. You think they would notice a loyal fan and customer. This is after I literally walked through every section and rack. Unfortunately nothing jumped out at me to buy. Their sale section nothing great and on top of that no additional percentage off. Which is totally is against how I have been trained to shop here for years. So as unbelievable as I am telling you I literally never tried on a thing. Therefore I spent nada ie zero. I hope they get better designers, buyers and sales staff soon or their will be no reason to return.

I'm not a designer bag type of gal but if I had to choose, Coach is hands down my go to designer…read morechoice. I love the simplicity and clean designs they offer. They also have beautiful color options as well. I really love the dark rich colors such as dark red, turquoise and navy blue. We had a young gentleman greet us upon arrival, he had long hair but I forgot to catch his name. We mostly scoped out the store on our own. But we saw many sales people working. It felt like a bit much. Coach offers an abundance of options such as handbags, shoes, keychains, backpacks, jewelry, watches, clothes and then some. The options are limitless!!! They had a beautiful snow globe too but it was pricey. Then there was a Coach leather bear that cost an absurd $345!!! I just don't get how someone may need a $345 stuffed leather Coach bear. Someone please explain this to me. Upon browsing the entire store, my daughter kept coming back to the dark red bag with subtle stitching and gold chain accents. I'm not a gold fan but I really loved her final choice. The dark red color is stunning and I love the subtle design. SCORE!!! We checked out and Matthew assisted us with our return and then purchase. Got his name from the receipt. The return was super easy. I showed him our return slip, he rang up the new purse and we just paid the difference. Done and done. Great shopping experience and gorgeous Coach location!

Unfortunately it was anything but a sale. I suppose that over the years this store has increased their prices significantly, even for items they claim that are sale items, prices seemed extremely high. Unfortunately, I did not find anything that caught my attention or that I knew giving us a gift the recipient would love, so we ended up leaving. My experience here was not the best, staff was not very friendly or helpful. The store was not crowded at the time we arrive. I quickly looked around and didn't want to waste more time after seeing that we were not going to be purchasing anything.

Loved everything but I changed my mind about one shirt and decided to change when I was back. A week later went to the store to change without the receipt, thinking to change for another shirt, and for my surprise after talking to the cashier and leaving the shirt at the cashier and trying other clothes another older blonde lady told me I couldn't change bc I did not had the receipt . The store is always empty and the shirt was perfect with all the labels. Never buying again at Mango at The Falls , their manager or cashier needs to learn to treat customer . The 2 starts I just leave because the young sales people were very nice and polite unfortunately the older blonde lady is the one that needs more training to work in a store. Anyways they lost a good customer .
