I'm not a designer bag type of gal but if I had to choose, Coach is hands down my go to designer choice. I love the simplicity and clean designs they offer. They also have beautiful color options as well. I really love the dark rich colors such as dark red, turquoise and navy blue. We had a young gentleman greet us upon arrival, he had long hair but I forgot to catch his name. We mostly scoped out the store on our own. But we saw many sales people working. It felt like a bit much. Coach offers an abundance of options such as handbags, shoes, keychains, backpacks, jewelry, watches, clothes and then some. The options are limitless!!! They had a beautiful snow globe too but it was pricey. Then there was a Coach leather bear that cost an absurd $345!!! I just don't get how someone may need a $345 stuffed leather Coach bear. Someone please explain this to me. Upon browsing the entire store, my daughter kept coming back to the dark red bag with subtle stitching and gold chain accents. I'm not a gold fan but I really loved her final choice. The dark red color is stunning and I love the subtle design. SCORE!!! We checked out and Matthew assisted us with our return and then purchase. Got his name from the receipt. The return was super easy. I showed him our return slip, he rang up the new purse and we just paid the difference. Done and done. This place is awesome! Got an email about a purse that was just being released, on our way to buy it, my daughter send a picture, requesting the purse for her birthday! Coincidence?! She knew nothing about it. When we got to the store, they were no where to be found. They had not yet been released to the public, only VIPs and influencers, were allowed to purchase them. Busyyyyyyyyy. Specially near the holidays time. I was unprepared this year and did last minute shopping. Coach had a ton of variety though. The long line was worth the wait. They have a huge inventory for gift buying, everyday purses etc. I bought a few wallets which were good price. The employees seem scarce on the sales floor. But that's ok as long as they had enough cashiers to ring you up. I waited about 15-20 minutes in line to pay. There were about 25 people in front of me. Even in line they have products every where in case you want to check out more things like sunglasses, scarves, wallets, key chains etc. This store is located in the colonnade side of Sawgrass. Side Note- They have a employee near the front of the store which gives gift boxes and tissue paper if you need to wrap your gifts. read more

I'll come in here to browse maybe every other month or so, but a few of the ladies working here seem to remember me and greet me warmly. There is almost always someone to help you at this store, I'm usually asked at least 2x if I need any assistance. Coach usually has some kind of "deal" going on. The bags here usually run from about $75-200. This store will occasionally have special limited edition pieces like purses or wallets with Disney characters, Pac-Man or others. I personally like to browse the clearance section just to see what they have, but I don't usually buy anything. This spot is worth a peek if you are a handbag junkie. read more

I have been to many Coach outlets in my life. This location has a rather large space, which is good. It is also located at Sawgrass which can be a nightmare as well. I have been here more times than I can remember and never really had a horrible experience. This location is very busy and always busy with tourists. Coach is a really good brand and all of my Coach bags are still in very good condition. Their products are very durable and stand out. Unfortunately, I have not spent more than 30 minutes in this store due to being annoyed and/or the amount of crowds. The sales at Coach outlets are always fantastic. I don't think I ever went to a Coach outlet and there was not a sale going on. Although this location is always busy, there is enough space to move around. I actually took my mom here when she came to visit last year. We both found a bag and purchased perfume each. My mom is still using the bag she purchased and it looks brand new still. If you okay with crowds, you will not have a problem here. read more

I'm not big on designers, but for some reason, I love Coach. However, you will never catch me spending the full retail price for their bags. I used to take my chances on eBay, but I don't have to now that this outlet is at Sawgrass. I only come here when I know they're having a sale, so when an associate hands me an extra 30% off coupon at the door, I make a beeline for the clearance section in the back. Both of the bags in the picture were already 50% off, plus the additional 30% coupon. Don't calculate that as 80%, by the way... you'll be in for a surprise at the checkout. Thankfully they have salespeople walking around with calculators to tell you how much it'll be (the last time, one girl told me it was $76, and another told me it was $81... both were right, but one didn't calculate sales tax). This place is pretty crazy on weekends (not to mention parking is ridiculous... I drove around here for 45 minutes one time before just giving up and going home). If you can manage it, visit during a weekday when there's more breathing room in the store. And just from a common sense point of view, stay far, far away from this place (or really, Sawgrass in general) on Black Friday. I promise you, the sales just aren't that great. read more

Sawgrass is known for their outlets! Coach is one of my favorites! They typically have a sale off the original price on all items and then on certain weekends (think Memorial, New Years, etc) a bonus offer for additional 25-40% off. Thankfully I was there for one of those weekends! Another bonus is their "clearance" section which has older styles for even deeper discount! The selection of purses are vast! Cross body, clutch, tote all with matching wallets & even jewelry! My only complaint is they need more staff. Especially on busy shopping weekends. Other stores have lots of staff available and available with calculators to help you calculate all the sales. This helps you realize how much your saving and how much you deserve to get something extra for yourself! read more

It's the only Coach Factory Outlet in SoFla. the other location's in Orlando. What seperates its Outlet from its retail scheme is this: Coach sheds its last season's accessories or irregular products at discounts here. That can be a good and bad thing. One, you'll find some older styles here that are still carried at the regular stores (irregular), two, you'll find the ultra trendy stuff (coach brand doggy raincoat? purple metallic wristlet?). If you're a Coach fan, you should make the trip as I found some stuff that would definitely appeal to my girly nieces to my aunties/mums-types. Items that caught my eye here: Coach totes, leather wristlets, wallets, hats, hobos, and Diaper bags(!!). read more

I can't to buy a little pouch purse as a gift. I honestly haven't shopped at Coach since I was in high school but it was a specific item I needed and I knew I would find it here. The layout of the store was open, well-lit, organized, and beautifully stocked. Everything you needed was in its own section and the salespeople aren't down your throat if your just there to browse. I prefer the Coach items that don't showcase their signature logo because I'm more into the solid leather options. They also carry many of their shoes which are definitely good for walking. On certain days, they'll have markdowns on pricing so it's convenient to become part of their email list. Sometimes you'll find a great item priced at an extremely attractive rate and other times it's the same stuff you're used to seeing. There's not another Coach outlet in the area so it's worth a trip. read more

Coach Outlet deserves less than 1 star. I'm giving it 1 star because if I don't the review will not appear. I purchased $200 sandals at this outlet and the heels pealed. A male Manager told me to bring them back for an exchange. I brought them back today and the male manager didn't offer his help and was mute. The other female manager was not any better. First she asked for a translator she automatically assumed I didn't speak English. That made me furious! Then she said she couldn't do anything because the sandals were used. Of course I used them you idiot inside of the box the heels would never peel. I'm insulted and disappointed in Coach. I have spent thousands of dollars at that store buying purses, shoes and accessories for my family and friends. Coach should treat their customers with more regard and respect. The store is spacious and you never feel crowded even with all the crazy shoppers rushing all around you. Staffs are always polite and courteous. All you have to do is look at the price tag and looks confused, one of them will jump in front of you with a calculator and help you with the final price!! Simple and plan is how I like it. Of course the leather stuff is more expensive than the signature stuff but still way cheaper than you're going to find it anywhere else. Very friendly staff. I love Coach outlet but did not like it on Black Friday so I took a star away. It is heaven for all women but the sales were not that great. I have been here during better sales and have gotten great prices for these purses. The ones on sales were not that pretty and overly priced. Ahhhhhhh... I loved it! Once on Black Friday I bought leather contact lense cases for $10 each and also these cute little coin wallets for about the same price (maybe $12). When I went on a Wednesday in March I received an additional 30% off coupon at the door! I got a bag retailed at $350 something for $130. I love it because it has multiple compartment and I like to have my things organized instead of one big bag with ONE zipper compartment so I am well pleased. My W and I went tot he Coach Factory Outlet Store several weeks after the Thanksgiving holiday. On a weekday night, it was by far the most crowded store in the entire Sawgrass Outlet Mall. It appears that this outlet store has plenty of inventory and it is being restocked every night. They have a great selection of women's handbags, men's wallets and men's leather belts at factory store prices. This is a huge mall so try and park near the Designer Factory Outlets. I always park near the Crate and Barrel Outlet which is near the valet parking area. It's a short walk to the Designer Outlet section of stores. read more

1/27/2010- I drove to this outlet store from West Palm Beach, Fl because of a recommendation I received from a colleague. I WAS SHOCKED at the GREAT prices. The minute you walk in, you get a 20% off coupon to use on top of already low prices. All of the purses are grouped together by style. Mine with the 20% off coupon was 149.00. I am not a regular coach shopper not my favorite brand. However I went in the store today to get a man bag for my spouse. The prices were great. Everything in the store was 60% off and the clearance was an additional 30% off that. I rated the store a three because people in the store were giving out wrong prices and discounts. When I got to the register the price was different than what was stated. When I brought it up the cashier her attitude was like oh well not my problem.
